In the eighteenth-century "salon" (i.e. living room) it is possible to talk about literature or philosophy, but it is also possible to talk about it next to the barrel of the farmhouse. Or on a stormy night, the lights on the riverboat reflect the waves, and listen to the boatman gossip about how a local woman was chosen to be the queen's mother.
The reason why this kind of conversation is pleasing is that the pleasure varies from place to place, time and to person.
Therefore, we can remember that sometimes when we talk about the sky, we are under the beautiful scenery of the fragrance of cinnamon and the autumn moon hanging in the sky; Sometimes because it is a stormy night, before a firewood; Sometimes, because I was sitting on a high pavilion overlooking the boats in the river, and one of the boats suddenly overturned due to the excessive tide; Or when you're sitting in the waiting room of a station in the early morning.
This present scene is often associated with the heavens we are talking about, so that we can never forget it.
If you are indoors, the talkers are either two or three or six or seven people, Lao Chen is slightly drunk, and Lao Qin has some cold and nasal congestion, which can make the conversation more interesting this night.
Life is limited to the fact that the moon is not always full, the flowers are not always good, and good friends cannot always get together, so we do this kind of simple fun, I don't think it will be taboo by the Creator, right?

Lin Yutang is a famous modern Chinese writer, scholar, translator and linguist. In his early years, he studied in United States and Germany, and received a master's degree in literature from Harvard University and a doctorate in linguistics from the University of Leipzig. After returning to China, he taught at Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Xiamen University. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature twice in 1940 and 1950. He has founded publications such as "Analects", "The World" and "Cosmic Wind", and his works include the novels "Jinghua Smoke and Clouds" and "Laughter and Laughter".
