Recently, a top-secret document from the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) exposed the affair of Prince Philip, the husband of the late Queen Elizabeth II of United Kingdom, according to a report by The Mirror on July 21, which also drew renewed attention to the infamous Profumo affair.
The Profumo affair was one of the most high-profile scandals sweeping United Kingdom society in the 20th century, when married Conservative minister John ·Profumo denied in the House of Commons that he was having an affair with 19-year-old showgirl Kristen ·Keeler (pictured above). But a few months later, as the evidence became public, the 48-year-old had to resign as minister. On the other hand, the dancer's relationship with Yevgen·y Ivanov, a Soviet naval attaché, was made public as Christine sold her story to the News of the World for £23,000.
Kristen was born in Middlesex, but she moved to London as a teenager and earned a living at the Merricabaret Club in SoHo. It was there that she met Stephen Ward, a well-connected osteopath·, a "middleman" who sought out young beauties for the United Kingdom establishment.
In 1961, at a lavish party hosted by Lord Astor, Dr. Ward introduced Christine to Profumo and his wife, actress Valerie · Hobson.
And after the Profumo affair was exposed, Ward also met his tragic fate, he was accused of using Christine and her friend Mandy ·Rice-Davies for unethical income, and was arrested.
But three days after his conviction, Ward (pictured above, center) died of an overdose of lethal drugs, and his relationship with Prince Philip became uncertain.
But Thomas ·Corbally, a United States businessman who engages in industrial espionage, said in his evidence to the FBI that he did not believe the charges against Ward and insisted that Prince Philip had a personal relationship with Christine and Mandy.

According to the report, Cobali finally agreed to an interview with the FBI about his past with Ward and charged Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
