Notice on Huzhong District's launch of the "60 Years of Wind and Rain, Thanksgiving and Forge Ahead New Journey" theme essay photography and calligraphy short video contest to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the 60th anniversary of the development and construction of Daxinganling, and the 40th anniversary of the founding of the CPPCC of Huzhong District, to display the achievements and transformation and development achievements of Huzhong District since its development and construction. The details of the event are hereby notified as follows:
1. Activity time
The first stage is to collect works from July 26 to August 30, 2024;
The second stage will be judged and awarded from August 31 to September 8, 2024;
The third stage: from September 8 to October 8, 2024, the shortlisted award-winning works will be displayed.
2. Requirements for entries
(1) Essay requirements
1. There is no restriction on the genre of entries (novels, poems, essays and other genres), essays should not exceed 5,000 words, and the length of novels and reports should not exceed 10,000 words. The submitted works should conform to the core values of socialism, have positive content, reflect the simple and touching feelings of the family and country, and the characteristics of Xing'an, promote truth, goodness and beauty, and gather positive energy.
2. The entries should closely focus on the theme of the competition, express the enthusiasm of the people of Huzhong in the form of literary works to love the party, love the motherland, take root in the frontier and build their hometown, eulogize the beauty of the vicissitudes of development and construction of Huzhong District, and show the spirit of struggle and selfless dedication of the people in the coldest town in China. Multi-dimensional and multi-angle display of the achievements of our region's economic development, cultural prosperity, ethnic unity, ecological construction and social progress, and show the "big changes" in the forest area with "small works".
3. The submitted works must be original unpublished works, and each author can submit up to 3 works, and the author himself owns the complete copyright of the work, and shall not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. Entries must be original, not plagiarized, plagiarized, and not won awards or published in various literary competitions. The author shall be responsible for any legal disputes involving copyright and other legal disputes involved in the submitted works.
4. Before the list of award-winning works is released, it shall not be authorized to any other third party to use it (such as multiple submissions of one manuscript, etc.). The organizer has the right to use all submitted works for public welfare. All submitted works must strictly comply with all the above requirements, otherwise they will be regarded as invalid works.
(2) Photography requirements
1. There are two categories of entries: mobile phone group and camera group. The work must be taken from the territory of Huzhong, and the work should be closely related to the theme of Yingqing, showing the important achievements made in the reform and opening up and struggle practice since the development and construction, and the shooting time of the work is not limited.
2. The submitted works of the camera group must be in JPG format, with a size of no less than 4MB and a resolution of no less than 3860*2160 pixels, single frames, group photos (each group photo is limited to 4-8 pictures with text description), black and white, and color are acceptable. There is no pixel limit for entries in the mobile phone category.
3. Photographic works can only be moderately adjusted for brightness, contrast, and color saturation, and shall not be composited, added, changed in tone, etc., and shall not be composed, added, changed in tone, etc., and shall not be decorated with borders, watermarks, signatures, etc.
(3) Calligraphy requirements
The calligraphy competition is divided into two categories: soft pen calligraphy and hard pen calligraphy.
1. Requirements:
(1) There is no limit to the book style, each author is limited to one work of each book style (true, grass, li, seal, Kai, etc.), and each person is limited to 3 works.
(2) The creative works advocate self-writing, calligraphy works please submit the original works, soft pen calligraphy works specifications are not more than four feet (height 138cm, width 69cm), hard pen calligraphy works specifications for A4 paper size, hard pen calligraphy needs to be written with a black pen, all vertical, (not horizontal works), cursive, seal script with additional commentary.
(3) Please choose high-quality special calligraphy and painting paper for soft pen calligraphy submissions, and please do not frame the works.
2. Filling requirements:
Please indicate in pencil block letters at the bottom right of the back of the calligraphy work: the real name of the submitting author, the work unit, the contact number, the style of the work, and the interpretation (cursive and seal script need to be written in commentary).
(4) Short video requirements
1. Originality and copyright: Video submissions must be original videos, live shooting, aerial photography, time-lapse, etc., and must not infringe on the rights and interests of any third party. The copyright of the submitted works is automatically authorized to the organizer for official publicity and broadcasting.
2. Theme and content requirements: The work needs to focus on the theme of celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 60th anniversary of the development and construction of Daxinganling, with novel and fresh content, praising the hometown, praising the motherland, striving for a new era, and making new contributions.
3. Form requirements: The work is shot in the form of short videos through cameras, cameras, mobile phones, etc., and the video duration should not exceed 1 minute.
4. Technical specifications: The video format is usually MP4 format, the resolution should not be less than 1080*720, and the frame rate should not be less than 25 frames/second. Both horizontal and vertical screens can be, the picture should be clear and coherent, the sound should be clear, the sound quality is intact, if necessary, it can be equipped with subtitles, music, animation stunts and other elements, no corner mark watermark and advertising suspicion.
5. Selection criteria: The video content is novel and comprehensive, adheres to the correct political direction, public opinion orientation, value orientation, positive and healthy, thoughtful, valuable, has profound meaning, and is close to the hometown and the development process of the motherland.
(5) Submissions with the following conditions will be disqualified.
(1) Contains content that conflicts with the laws of the People's Republic of China; (2) Contains pornographic, violent, bloody and other undesirable content; (3) Suspected of plagiarism or infringement of others' copyrights; (4) Contains other works that violate national laws and the provisions of this event.
3. Submission method
1. Cadres, employees and the masses in the whole region can contribute. Each person is limited to 3 (first) works per group, please submit according to the group (essay, photography, calligraphy, short video) + name of the work + name of the unit + author's name + contact information (incomplete information, deemed invalid), respectively submitted (essay, photography, calligraphy, short video) four mailboxes, calligraphy works submitted in paper version.

4. Selection and use of works
1. The awards for this competition are as follows:
Essays, photography, calligraphy, and short video works will be judged for 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 6 third prizes, and several excellence awards, and certificates and prizes will be awarded.
