Recently, the Urban Management Office of Apple Yuan Street, Shijingshan District, Beijing found in its daily inspection that there are several spots around the Datai Line of the Beijing-Gate Railway in the jurisdiction with defects and bare green space and a chaotic environment, which has a certain negative impact on the appearance of the surrounding cities. In order to maintain the cleanliness of the city and continue to carry out dust control in the jurisdiction, Apple Yuan Street carried out the local greening and bare land treatment work of the Datai Line of the Beijing Railway (Yangzhuang Street-Yangzhuang East Street), and restored the green space area of about 80 square meters.
Before remediation
The damaged green space found in this inspection is located between the two intersections of Yangzhuang Street and Yangzhuang East Street of the Beijing Gate Railway. In order to avoid affecting the normal operation of the railway, the city management office coordinated the staff of the railway public works section, the electrical section and the communication section to check the site at the first time, considering that the relevant points are close to the railroad tracks, in order to protect the underground cables, after consultation with the railway, it is determined that the construction plan of soil planting will be carried out after removing the above-ground objects by manual means, so as to ensure the safety of railway operation to the greatest extent.
After remediation
In order to ensure the smooth construction, two days before the start of construction, the construction team posted construction notices next to the three treatment points, and used a warning wire to demarcate the construction area to ensure construction safety. The construction process was closely connected, and in just a few days, the work of padding the soil, building the flower pond, planting plants, and installing guardrails was completed. After the site remediation, boxwood, sandy cypress and other plants grew lush, integrated with the existing green space in the surrounding area, the urban appearance was restored and tidy, and the weaving work achieved remarkable results.
