Advance warning and careful preparation. Build a team and stay safe. The leading group of the sub-district took the lead in going deep into the front line of flood control, carefully inspecting key areas such as road sections prone to water accumulation and old residential areas within the jurisdiction, and making overall arrangements for flood prevention work. Each community has set up a flood control emergency team composed of property personnel, grid chiefs, grid members, party members, volunteers and enthusiastic residents, gathered multiple forces, maintained a high degree of vigilance, and conducted section-by-section and house-to-house investigation of important road sections such as water accumulation points, low-lying road sections, dangerous houses and walls, and basements within the jurisdiction, and did a good job in pulling vigilance and dredging rainwater in each road section. Weave a dense fastness flood safety net to ensure that flood prevention work is carried out in an orderly manner.
Work together to drain and eliminate risks. At about six o'clock in the evening, the heavy rain poured, the subcontractors of the water accumulation points in the jurisdiction of Beiyao Street quickly arrived at their posts, set up water accumulation signs, reminded the masses to detour, and investigated the danger of dangerous houses from house to house, persuaded the masses to transfer, and the emergency team members launched actions at the same time, starting the water accumulation point at the entrance of the office, the water accumulation point of Leshan Street, and the water pump under the railway bridge on Qiming East Road to pump and dredging work, after everyone's uninterrupted and high-intensity work, the traffic of each water accumulation point returned to normal within 1 hour.

On the evening of July 24, after receiving the yellow warning signal of thunderstorms and gales, the emergency team of Hengxi Community of Tawan Street quickly dispatched to investigate the flood control risk points of the community with the property, dredge and clean the drainage outlets blocked by debris, inspect the garage and other flood control risk points, and send the yellow warning signal of thunderstorms and gales to the four-level WeChat group to do a good job of reminding residents to ensure the safety of residents. In addition, the emergency response team of Hengxi community is on duty to ensure timely dispatch and jointly escort the lives and health of the masses.

On the evening of July 24, when heavy rainfall and extreme weather hit, the Shangyao community of Wenli Street actively responded to the call of the superiors, quickly activated the 24-hour duty system, and fully invested in flood control work to ensure the safety of life and property of community residents.
According to the work arrangement, one emergency team member stays in the community to be responsible for duty work, receiving and transmitting information in a timely manner. The remaining nine emergency responders were divided into three groups to carry out investigation and patrol operations.
