On July 25, the Urban Management and Transportation Bureau of Xixian New Area and Xi'an Fengrui Natural Gas Co., Ltd. jointly held the 2024 gas leakage emergency rescue drill in Xixian New Area in the Sino-Russian Silk Road Innovation Park, improving the rapid response ability, emergency rescue ability and cooperative operation ability of gas accidents through the drill, forming a strong joint force of group prevention and control, joint prevention and control, and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property to the greatest extent.
In this exercise, two subjects were designed: the leakage of the main gas pipeline and the gas leakage in densely populated places. In the first exercise, Xi'an Fengrui Natural Gas Co., Ltd. immediately started the emergency plan for gas emergencies after receiving the pipeline pressure alarm, and the emergency functional teams rushed to the scene in time, and after effective disposal, the rescue team successfully completed the plugging of the leaking pipeline.
In the second exercise, in a catering square, natural gas leaked due to the falling off of a gas pipeline in the operation room of a certain stall. After the "accident" occurred, the business unit evacuated the indoor personnel to a safe area and closed the main valve of the power supply. Xi'an Fengrui Natural Gas Co., Ltd. and the Xixian New Area Fire and Rescue Brigade received an alarm and went to the scene for "emergency rescue". Multiple departments fully cooperated to complete the sealing of the leakage point and the rescue of personnel.
The whole exercise process was organized, responded quickly, and was highly professional, which improved everyone's actual combat ability and emergency response level, and accumulated valuable practical experience.
