How do I change my flight without a refund fee?
If a Passenger purchases a ticket for a domestic one-way flight departing from or arriving at an airport in the Pearl River Delta region (hereinafter referred to as the "Original Ticket") actually operated by China Eastern Airlines or Shanghai Airlines, he/she may purchase a new domestic one-way flight ticket from another airport in the Pearl River Delta region to the same place of arrival or from the same place of departure to another airport in the Pearl River Delta region within 4 hours (inclusive) of the original ticketing channel (hereinafter referred to as "the original ticket") (hereinafter referred to as "the original ticket") (hereinafter referred to as "the original ticket") on the same day or 1 day before the scheduled departure time of the original flight (hereinafter referred to as "the original ticket") New ticket") and the original ticket is fully refundable after the trip.
