On July 25, Wang Xiaohu, director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Zhang Guangbin, deputy county magistrate, and the heads of the County Agriculture and Rural Bureau and the County Water Conservancy Bureau went to the Huafeng Township People's Congress Liaison Station to participate in the theme activity of "Representatives Entering the Station to Listen to the People's Situation and Solve the People's Worries".
Zhang Guangbin and the responsible persons of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau and the Water Conservancy Bureau listened to the opinions and suggestions of the people's congress deputies and the masses on the work within the scope of their duties and the implementation of relevant policies and measures, and made positive responses. In response to the deputies' suggestions on the urgent need for dredging and reinforcement of Yongxing and Fengcun reservoirs, practical solutions were put forward through on-site inspections and on-site offices, and the project was implemented as soon as possible.
Wang Xiaohu stressed that the theme activity of "deputies entering the station to listen to the people's feelings and solve people's worries" is a vivid practice of practicing the whole process of people's democracy, and is an important measure to close the government's ties with the people's congress deputies and the people. Government functional departments should attach great importance to strengthening contacts with people's congress deputies and the people, "zero distance" propaganda policies and regulations, respond to the demands of the masses, and lead practical matters for people's livelihood.
