Concentrate on protecting people's livelihood

Erwangzhuang Reservoir in Baodi District, Tianjin, the water surface is rippling, and the shore is full of greenery. In June last year, the Baodi River Water Supply Project of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, which was participated by the 18th Bureau of China Railway, officially passed the water acceptance. In the past year, Baodi District has realized the water supply from a single source of water to a dual water source of Luan and the river.

In the past, the towns in Baodi District were limited by water sources, and their water supply relied on local groundwater and some water sources for a long time. With the continuous advancement of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, many enterprises have settled in the Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City, and the water consumption has gradually increased, and in 2020, Tianjin invested 680 million yuan to start the Baodi River Water Supply Project of the middle line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.

"The biggest technical difficulty of the project is crossing the Luan Nullah. At that time, the distance between the top of the pipe jacking pipe and the bottom of the open channel was only more than 2 meters, and if the jacking was too fast, it was easy to cause water permeability; If the push is too slow, it is easy to cause collapse. In order to reduce geological disturbance and ensure safe operation, we strictly control the pushing speed and the direction of pipe jacking, and set up more than 10 monitoring points on both sides of the nullah to carry out real-time monitoring and early warning, and build a safe construction defense line. Wang Qiang, project manager of the Baodi River Water Supply Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project of the 18th Bureau of China Railway, said.

Since the start of the project, the project team of the fourth company of China Railway 18th Bureau has intensified its work to solve the problem of crossing 180 meters of DN1600 reinforced concrete casing at a depth of about 12.5 meters, and connecting the water supply pipeline to the Dongshan Water Plant plant area through the Luan Nullah and Baobai Highway in turn, ensuring the smooth water flow of the project.

"With the double water guarantee, the local people have realized the transformation from 'having water to eat' to 'eating good water', and their sense of happiness is getting stronger day by day, and at the same time, the ecological environment of the town has been greatly improved." In the past 10 years, China Railway 18th Bureau has undertaken and participated in the construction of the largest rural vacuum negative pressure sewage centralized treatment system in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Tianjin Zaojia Village Wetland Water Township Project, Ninghe District 2019 Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Project, Binhai New Area Long-term Housing and Old Community Renovation and other hundreds of projects.

Technological progress solves problems

In 2023, focusing on the problem of the construction of the subway project of Xiawafang Station, Hexi District, Tianjin, the deepest subway station in the soft soil area, the construction team of China Railway 18th Bureau will work together to tackle the problem. "Shimowafang Station is a five-story underground island platform station. In the construction of the main body of the station, the project team used advanced technologies such as automatic analysis technology and ultrasonic testing to control the overall horizontal displacement and settlement of the station within millimeters, which provided successful experience for the construction of ultra-deep subway stations under the condition of large-scale soft soil foundation. Wang Chang, the person in charge of the Tianjin Metro Line 8 project of China Railway 18th Bureau, said that on January 30 this year, the main structure of Wafang Station under Tianjin Metro Line 8 was completed 30 days ahead of schedule, creating favorable conditions for ensuring that the line was opened and operated on schedule.

Intelligent construction improves efficiency

Intelligence and digitalization have played an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of China Railway 18th Bureau. On June 27 this year, Xiong'an High-speed Railway Co., Ltd. was responsible for the construction, and the first four bids weighing about 700 tons of box girders in front of the Hebei section of the Xiongxin High-speed Railway Station undertaken by China Railway 18th Bureau were successfully paved, marking the beginning of the construction of the bid section from the substructure construction to the superstructure construction, and officially entered the box girder laying stage.

Yu Lepeng, the person in charge of the four-standard paving in front of the Hebei section of the Xiongxin high-speed rail station of China Railway 18th Bureau Group, pointed to a red transport frame machine dozens of meters high and told reporters: "In the past, there was no such advanced equipment, and the box girder must be moved smoothly to the erection beam operation site by a crane, and then erected by workers, the construction difficulty is complex, and the efficiency is not high. With the all-in-one machine, man-hours are reduced by at least half. ”

In the process of prefabricating box girders, the project team of China Railway 18th Bureau also introduced a smart beam yard collaborative management platform system to comprehensively monitor the construction processes such as concrete control and automatic processing of steel bars, which greatly improved production efficiency.

The wisdom is mainly reflected in its digitalization, automation, intelligence, collaboration and data-driven aspects, which work together to improve the production efficiency of the prefabricated box girder and ensure the quality of the box girder.

In terms of promoting the digital transformation of the entire group company, China Railway 18th Bureau has been sparing no effort. Since 2018, China Railway 18th Bureau has established a research and development center for building information model technology. With the help of new digital and intelligent technologies, a total of 45 projects have been promoted in the fields of railways, bridges, tunnels, urban rail transit, municipal, roads, public buildings, etc., and a number of benchmark projects have been completed. After improvement and innovation, the R&D center has formed a relatively complete digital and intelligent application system, technology system, R&D system and talent system.
