The third course: stir-fried meat with chili
This dish is a popular Hunan dish in the whole country, and its essence is that there are many chili peppers, and the more chili peppers, the more refreshing the taste, and the cost is not high. Not only young people love to order it, but many diners who drink alcohol are also a must-order dish, because it is also more delicious.
Method: Cut the pepper with an oblique knife, slice the fatty meat, add cornstarch, light soy sauce and oil to marinate the lean meat, and prepare shredded ginger and minced garlic.
