Due to Party A's need to hire maternal and infant caregivers (hereinafter referred to as confinement nannies), Party B is willing to provide confinement services for Party A, and promises to provide Party A with professional, high-quality and safe confinement services. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, the following contract is hereby concluded after consultation on an equal footing, which both parties shall abide by:

1. Term of Service

2. Service Fees

3. Service Content
(1) Maternity
A. Scientifically and reasonably arrange maternal diet, balance nutrition, promote postpartum rehabilitation and milk secretion;
B. Instruct mothers to breastfeed and feed on demand;
C. Instruct mothers to carry out breast massage and nursing to prevent breast sagging and sagging; instructing mothers in postpartum exercise;
D. Assist the mother in personal hygiene, perineal irrigation and wound care to prevent bacterial infection;
E. Relieve postpartum anxiety, irritability and other emotions, reduce maternal fatigue, and restore health as soon as possible;
F. Observe and record the physical condition of the mother at any time.
(2) Infants
A. Scientific, reasonable and healthy feeding of infants to ensure the healthy nutritional needs of infants;
B. Soothe crying baby, care for sleep, etc.;
C. Bathing, massaging, touching the baby, increasing emotional communication with the baby, promoting the healthy development of the baby, and changing the baby's clothes and diapers in a timely manner;
D. Do a good job of umbilical cord care, buttock care, keep dry, and prevent infection;
E. Observe and record the baby's physical condition (such as appetite, food volume, body temperature, urine and urine, etc.) at any time;
F. Cultivate good living habits for babies.
(3) Miscellaneous
Daily household chores such as laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc.
2. The rights and obligations of Party A and Party B
1. Party A's Rights
(1) Party A can arrange Party B's work within the scope of the service content;
(2) Party A has the right to request Party B to undergo a physical examination and provide a valid health certificate.
2. Party A's Obligations
(1) Pay the service fee to Party B on time;
(2) Cooperate with Party B to do a good job of confinement care and provide reasonable assistance;
(3) Provide Party B with basically the same accommodation conditions as Party A.
3. Party B's Rights
(1) If Party A increases the work other than the service content, Party B has the right to request an increase in appropriate remuneration;
(2) Party B has the right to refuse Party A's unreasonable work arrangement.
4. Party B's Obligations
(1) Provide services to Party A in strict accordance with the service content;
(2) During work, Party B shall take care of Party A's property, and Party B shall compensate Party A for any loss caused to Party A due to Party B's reasons.
3. During the contract period, Party A has the right to terminate the contract immediately and convert the fee to Party B according to the working days when Party B has any of the following circumstances:
1. Violating national laws and regulations;
2. Disobey Party A's reasonable work arrangement;
3. Without the consent of Party A, Party B leaves the post without authorization;
4. It is proved that there has been theft;
5. Incompetent for the corresponding work;
6. If you are sick and cannot continue to work as a confinement lady.
4. During the contract period, Party B has the right to terminate the contract immediately and require Party A to convert the fee according to the working days when Party A has any of the following circumstances:
1. Party A's work arrangement violates national laws and regulations;
2. Party A searches, seizes money, beats, abuses, coercions and other acts against Party B for any reason.
5. Other Agreements
1. If Party A's losses are caused by Party B's illegal acts or other responsibilities, Party B shall bear the relevant responsibilities and compensate Party A's losses.
2. During the service period (including the journey), Party B shall be responsible for the responsibility for its own injury caused by itself or a third party.
3. If Party B performs well during the service, Party A is willing to provide customers for Party B free of charge.
4. After the end of the service period, if Party A has any questions about maternal and infant care and consults Party B, Party B shall answer them.
6. Settlement of disputes arising from the performance of this contract
In the event of a dispute between the two parties arising from the performance of this contract, it shall be resolved through negotiation first; If the negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the people's court of the administrative region to which it belongs.
7. This contract shall come into force after being signed by both parties. This contract shall be executed in duplicate, and Party A and Party B shall each hold one copy.
