In 2009, "Yuzhou Jun Porcelain" was successfully registered as a geographical indication certification trademark. At present, there are more than 200 Yuzhou Jun porcelain production enterprises, with an annual output value of 2.6 billion yuan.
"We attach great importance to R&D and technological innovation, and have applied for a number of national design patents and utility model technologies. At the same time, we pay close attention to product quality and ensure that all products leaving the factory and on the shelves have special geographical indication marks. Kong Chunsheng, chief designer of Kongjiajun Kiln Co., Ltd., Shenyuan Town, Yuzhou City, said.
With the expansion of the Jun porcelain industry, some imitations began to appear on the market. Improve the level of industrialization
Patent industrialization is an important way to help small and medium-sized enterprises cultivate new quality productivity. In October last year, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Special Action Plan for the Transformation and Application of Patents (2023-2025)", which proposed to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises through patent industrialization.
Ma Guili, chief examiner of the Henan Center of Patent Examination Cooperation of the State Intellectual Property Office, introduced that when the supply and demand of patent transformation were docked, it was found that many enterprises were "stuck" in technology research and development, could not find the required patented technology, and lacked communication channels with universities and scientific research institutions. In this regard, the Henan Center of the Examination Association has accurately matched nearly 40 enterprises, including technology-based innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, through comparative analysis of patent information, actively helping the precise docking of the innovation chain and the industrial chain, and promoting the two-way travel of schools and enterprises.
At present, many places have achieved remarkable results in promoting the industrialization of patents. Hunan has solidly explored a new model of patent transformation, strengthened the connection between supply and demand, and the province's patent transformation has become increasingly active, and the efficiency of transformation and application has been greatly improved. Shanxi carried out in-depth special actions for the transformation and application of patents, completed an inventory of 14,000 patents in universities and scientific research institutions, and transferred and licensed 3,538 patents in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 40.7%.
In order to better promote the "landing of intellectual property rights" and help more business entities solve financing problems, Anhui has deeply implemented the plan for promoting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises through patent industrialization, and carried out the "100 Thousands of Enterprises" financing and docking activities for large and medium-sized enterprises. In the first half of this year, the registered amount of intellectual property pledge financing was 24.56 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 101.3%, and various ways to solve the capital needs of small and medium-sized enterprises for patent industrialization. Cheng Yin, director of the Anhui Provincial Intellectual Property Office, said that he will continue to cultivate original key core patent technologies, encourage the integration of patents and standards, promote high-quality creation, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
Shen Changyu, director of the State Intellectual Property Office, previously said that the focus of work will be shifted from the "inventory" of the stock of patents to the "revitalization", focusing on the "turn" word, and achieving practical results in the "live" word, focusing on the main line of patent industrialization, widely mobilizing all forces and social resources, promoting the transformation and implementation of patents in an all-round, in-depth and multi-way manner, releasing the market value of patents, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, and shaping new momentum and new advantages for industrial development.
Deepen the reform of comprehensive management
The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform in an Comprehensively Manner and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization proposes to improve the property rights system, protect economic property rights of all forms of ownership equally and permanently in accordance with the law, and establish an efficient comprehensive intellectual property management system.
What are the starting points for establishing an efficient integrated IP management system? Shen Changyu said that the first is to deepen the reform of comprehensive intellectual property management around better incentives for innovation. Further strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, strengthen the legal protection of intellectual property rights, improve the punitive damages system, build a large-scale protection work pattern, create a good environment for innovation, and promote the development of new quality productive forces. Actively open up the creation, application, protection, management, and service of intellectual property rights, and give full play to comprehensive benefits. It is necessary to focus on solving the technical problems of "stuck neck", strengthen the support for the examination of patents for key core technologies, and vigorously promote the transformation and application of patents.
Second, it is necessary to deepen the reform of comprehensive management of intellectual property rights by better promoting high-level opening up. It is necessary to adhere to the equal treatment and protection of the intellectual property rights of domestic and foreign-funded enterprises, create a market-oriented, law-based and international first-class business environment, make greater efforts to attract the convergence of global resource elements, promote the use of foreign investment on a larger scale, and help realize domestic and international dual circulation. It is necessary to actively guide export-oriented enterprises to do a good job in the layout of overseas intellectual property rights, strengthen overseas rights protection assistance, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of mainland enterprises overseas, and help enterprises "go global" and open up the international market.
In addition, it is necessary to deepen the reform of comprehensive management of intellectual property rights around better promoting the construction of a high-standard market system. It is necessary to equally protect the intellectual property rights of all types of business entities in accordance with the law, resolutely punish all kinds of illegal acts of infringement of intellectual property rights, create a market environment for fair competition, promote the construction of a unified national market, and promote state-owned enterprises to dare to work, private enterprises to dare to enter, and foreign enterprises to dare to invest.
