Recently, the resume of Zhao Zijian, a "post-95" researcher released by the National Culture and Art Research Institute of the Mongolia, said that he has "four doctors and two postdoctoral students" and 22 social part-time jobs, which has attracted public attention. One day after the news that "post-95" Zhao Zijian had "four doctors and two post-doctoral degrees" and 22 social part-time jobs, at about 10 p.m. on October 10, the Inner Mongolia Institute of Ethnic Culture and Art issued a statement saying that it had decided to suspend the employment relationship with Zhao Zijian and verify his academic qualifications.
On the afternoon of October 10, the Inner Mongolia Institute of Ethnic Culture and Art also issued a notice dismissing Guo Chunfeng, another assistant researcher hired 10 days earlier. According to the previous appointment notice issued by the hospital, Guo Chunfeng's position is "a member of the Art Education Committee of the Chinese Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association". It is worth mentioning that Zhao Zijian and Guo Chunfeng, the "post-95" researchers involved in the public opinion controversy, were on the same batch of appointment list, and the appointment notice showed that Zhao Zijian's title was "postdoctoral researcher and associate professor at Yonsei University in Korea".
The reporter checked the "Announcement on Recruitment of Part-time Researchers" issued by the Inner Mongolia National Culture and Art Research Institute on the official WeChat public account and found that the part-time researchers of the Institute joined in three ways: special invitation, individual application, and recommendation by peer experts.
On October 11, Guo Chunfeng told The Paper that he didn't know about the Mongolia National Culture and Art Research Institute before, and he didn't know that the part-time researchers of the institute could apply through self-recommendation.
"I'm engaged in art creation, and I think that multiple researcher titles will help me get promoted in the future, and I blame myself for being opportunistic." Guo Chunfeng said that at that time, the intermediary recommended a number of institutions to him, and after understanding his basic situation, he finally decided to recommend him to apply for the researcher of the Inner Mongolia National Culture and Art Research Institute.
Guo Chunfeng told reporters that he transferred 400 yuan to the intermediary's WeChat on August 30. After making the payment, he received the details of the application and the email address of the application from the agent.

After submitting relevant materials as required, Guo Chunfeng received an email from the Inner Mongolia National Culture and Art Research Institute on September 28.
According to the screenshot of the email provided by Guo Chunfeng, the email shows that our institute is organizing experts to review and evaluate the application materials of researchers. According to the application, performance materials and supporting materials (no title, topic, thesis) submitted by you, combined with the search results of the school's databases such as CNKI, the appointment standard of the associate researcher of the hospital is not met. Can you be hired as a research assistant first? (Note: After the performance of the assistant researcher meets the appointment standard of the associate researcher, the assistant researcher can be promoted to the associate researcher after the individual application and the review of the institute).
After Guo Chunfeng replied to the email and accepted it, he paid a registration fee of 300 yuan and a scientific research filing fee according to the requirements of the institute. On October 1, the institute issued a notice of appointment of part-time staff, including him, through its official WeChat public account.

Guo Chunfeng emphasized that after joining the institute, he flipped through the resumes of other researchers released by the institute, which made him question the authority of the institute.
"For example, Zhao Zijian's resume, why does he have multiple master's and doctoral degrees at such a young age? I also have friends who are studying for PhDs, and they all say that it is difficult to graduate with a PhD now. Guo Chunfeng said that after Zhao Zijian's "exaggerated" resume was hotly discussed by netizens, some people also went to the official account of the institute to find his resume and posted it on social media for ridicule.
"Because my resume has my personal photo, which also brings me trouble, considering the impact of all aspects, I sent an email to the institute on the evening of October 9 to ask for voluntary withdrawal from the institute, and asked to immediately delete my resume that they have posted on the official WeChat public account." Guo Chunfeng said.
Guo Chunfeng revealed that the institute did not immediately agree at first, until he said that he would go to the higher authorities to report the situation, the institute issued a notice of dismissal on the official account on the afternoon of October 10, and deleted his personal resume, and he was quickly removed from the research institute's research WeChat group.
Regarding Guo Chunfeng's finding an intermediary to spend money to evaluate the assistant researcher, Yin Fujun, president of the National Culture and Art Research Institute of the Mongolia, responded to the surging news that the institute has absolutely not cooperated with intermediaries, and he did not know about the intermediary fee for the researcher.
"I checked Guo Chunfeng's application email and the transfer record of the 300 yuan registration fee, both of which are his own email address and bank card, and we are also directly connected with him, it should be an intermediary who uses the information gap to make money from it." Yin Fujun said.
Yin Fujun pointed out that Guo Chunfeng sent the research application materials through his own email
Yin Fujun told reporters that Guo Chunfeng is mainly engaged in painting creation, and lacks excellent papers and scientific research projects. Therefore, the institute hired him as an assistant researcher in line with the attitude of supporting young artists.
Yin Fujun also revealed to The Paper that on the evening of the 10th, the research institute had launched an investigation into Zhao Zijian's situation overnight, and the investigation has been preliminarily completed. Zhao Zijian himself actively cooperated with the investigation and provided proof of relevant academic qualifications and social part-time jobs, and the results of the investigation will be announced to the public in due course.
"This incident will definitely have a great impact on the development of our research institute, and reminds us that in the recruitment process of researchers in the future, the review should be more comprehensive and rigorous." Yin Fujun said.
As of press time, the official website and official WeChat public account of the Inner Mongolia Institute of Ethnic Culture and Art have not deleted Zhao Zijian's relevant resume.
