Xu Nanmei is an expert in tea culture. From 1960 to 1996, he worked in the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and since his retirement in 1996, he has been engaged in tea culture research and teaching. In 2006, he was qualified as a national referee for tea masters, and was qualified as a senior examiner for tea artists and tea evaluators in Zhejiang Province. In 2002, the Zhejiang Tea Society established the Old Tea Ceremony Team to teach the public the knowledge of tea and the brewing skills of tea for free. The textbooks he participated in the compilation involve the basic knowledge of tea, the brewing methods of various types of tea, the tea drinking customs of foreign and ethnic minorities, the drinking of tea in ancient China, the design of tea ceremonies and tea art performances, and the learning of tea art by children.
Zheng Jianmei, a national senior (first-class) tea art technician, a senior tea evaluator, and the founder of Jinhua Caiyunjian Tea Art Training Center. After the establishment of Zhejiang Caiyunjian Tea Industry Co., Ltd. in 2001, he successively served as the manager of the second domestic sales department, the chairman of Jinhua Caiyunjian Shuanglong Tea Industry Co., Ltd., and the vice president of Jinhua Wucheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce. In 2008, the production technology of Juyan tea was listed as "National Intangible Cultural Heritage", and in 20lO, it was awarded the title of "Chinese Cultural Famous Tea" and entered the Shanghai World Expo; In 2011, Caiyunjian Organic Tea Garden was awarded the title of "China's Best Ecological Tea Garden" at the International Tea Industry Conference.
Cheng Qikun, researcher, former director of the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, president of the China Tea Society, former president of the World Tea Federation, vice president of the China International Tea Culture Research Association, and former director of the Tea Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture of China. He is currently the Honorary Vice President and Director of the Academic Committee of the China International Tea Culture Research Association.
