Every subtle result must be accompanied by a specific cause, and this is the truth. In the confusing case we are going to talk about today, the silicone on the deceased's chest has become the key to solving the case.
Why was a woman born in Yulin, Guangxi, and living in Zhuhai, Guangdong, killed in Shenzhen, and her remains appeared in Shantou, hundreds of kilometers away, and what kind of criminal motive was hidden behind the cruel methods of committing the crime. Let's walk into this silicone mystery case in 2013.
Stump in the sea
Luyu Island, also known as Dezhou Island, is located at the mouth of Shantou Port in Guangdong, the area is only about the size of two or three football fields, there are no ordinary residents on the island, and there are not many people on the island, only a navigation tower built in 1880, which is still intact, and there are only two staff members on the navigation tower all year round.
At about 5 o'clock in the morning on June 30, 2013, two staff members on the island were cleaning, and suddenly they found something stuck next to the reef.
The box still looks half-new, not damaged, not like it was abandoned because of the old one, but with such a heavy blockade, is there any treasure in it? But this box looks very ordinary, and there is a strong smell coming from inside. The staff on the island thought twice and chose to call the police.
The police quickly arrived at the scene, and the moment the iron cage was removed and the box was opened, everyone present was stunned. Inside was a highly decomposed corpse. After forensic identification, the deceased was a woman in her 20s, about 1.6 meters tall, and the time of death was about a month.
The box contained only a body, no head, and the torso was ossified and highly corrupted in many places. Other than these, no clues were found inside or outside the box that could prove the identity of the deceased.
So who is this deceased? Why was she killed? And why is it here? These questions are in front of the police, but in the face of few clues, it is really more difficult to find these answers.
To this end, the police set up a special task force for this case. Fortunately, the medical examiners soon came with good news, and they found a tattoo in front of the body's thigh, near the knee, which looked like a cat and a bit like a seahorse. So can this discovery lead the task force out of the fog?
As we said earlier, there are no ordinary residents on Dezhou Island, so this female corpse cannot come from Dezhou Island, and there is no trace of dragging on the outside of the box, and the task force judged that it is very likely to have drifted from Shantou City, a few kilometers away from Dezhou Island. With this idea in mind, they immediately set out to investigate the recent missing person in Shantou City, and a clue immediately surfaced in this investigation.
Find the source of the corpse
The missing person is similar in age to the female corpse in the box, named Xiaoping, many years ago with her husband went to work in a factory in Shantou City, on April 8, 2013 after going out to work has not returned, her husband has not only searched Shantou City for several months, but even went to many other provinces to find it, but found nothing, so the female corpse in the box will be the missing Xiaoping?
After further verification, the task force learned that Xiaoping had no tattoos on her body and that she was already the mother of three children, and that the female corpse in the box was found to have no reproductive history after forensic examination. It seems that Xiaoping and the victim are not the same person.
The task force then screened other missing persons in Shantou City, but found no records with similar characteristics to the female corpse. This time, the scope of their investigation has not only not narrowed, but expanded.
If the deceased was not from Shantou, then the only way to look for traces is to go upstream of Shantou Port, but there are three rivers upstream of Shantou Port, which not only cross the city, but also connect to many surrounding cities, with a population of tens of millions.
So the task force contacted the police in these cities for help, but the news that came back was that no missing person with similar characteristics to the female corpse had been found.
At this time, the members of the task force were a little anxious, how could they find the source of the corpse in this vast sea of people. Generally speaking, a case like this is either a love murder or a vendetta, and the reason why the murderer breaks the body is because he doesn't want the police to find out the identity of the victim. There is a saying in the criminal investigation that as long as the source of the corpse is found, half of the case will be solved.
Just when the investigators didn't know where to start, the forensic doctor once again provided new clues. During the autopsy, two round objects were removed from the chest of the deceased, each weighing about half a catty and showing a golden yellow translucent shape. The medical examiner believes that this should be a silicone implant used by women for breast augmentation.
After checking with a local plastic surgery institution, the forensic doctor's suspicion was confirmed, and they also gave some important information.
Doctors at the plastic surgery hospital told the police that the silicone implants have the English name of the brand, which belongs to a United Kingdom brand called "Nagao", and the only general agent of this brand in the country is in Wuhan, and they will register the specific sales situation, through which the identity of the deceased may be found.
With this exciting clue, the task force immediately set off for Wuhan, and soon they got the sales statistics table from the agent. A total of 29 silicone brands of this brand have been sold in China, in more than 10 hospitals across the country, and 15 women use them respectively.
Through the contact information left by these plastic surgeons, the investigators got in touch with 14 of them, but one plastic surgeon in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province could not be contacted. The task force then moved from Wuhan to Zhuhai overnight and obtained the woman's information from the plastic surgery hospital.
Who is the murderer
This woman who can't be contacted is called Que Jingqing, who was only 22 years old at the time, from Yulin, Guangxi. She has undergone six plastic surgeries at this hospital, and on April 23, 2013, she had her last plastic breast augmentation surgery here. Comparing the cases at the hospital, the number of the silicone implant she was using at the time was the same as that found on the deceased. After the operation, the hospital asked her to have regular follow-up visits due to safety concerns, but Que Jingqing did not show up for the follow-up visit scheduled for June 10.
After the police contacted her family, they learned that after June 8, her phone was suddenly unreachable, Que Jingqing came to Zhuhai to work alone when she was 17 years old, she had a sunny and cheerful personality, and later opened a clothing store by herself, but it closed down not long ago due to poor management.
Before the accident, she was looking for a new job opportunity. So at first, the family didn't care, but then they couldn't get in touch, and they sensed that something was wrong, and her father immediately called the police.
Que Jingqing's sister also told the investigators that her sister had a tattoo on her body very early, which was a cat pattern. There could not be so many coincidences, in order to further verify, the Shantou police commissioned Yulin to extract DNA samples from Que Jingqing's parents, and after comparison, it was confirmed that the headless female corpse found on Dezhou Island was Que Jingqing.
On July 4, 2013, four days after the incident, the police finally identified the deceased. But Zhuhai is more than 400 kilometers away from Shantou, what happened to her, and why was her body thrown thousands of miles away? During the investigation, the investigators of the task force found that the last place where Que Jingqing disappeared was not Zhuhai, but more than 100 kilometers away in Shenzhen.
According to one of her friends, Que Jingqing's boyfriend went on a business trip to Shenzhen, she used to accompany her boyfriend, and on June 6, she borrowed to live at a friend's house after arriving in Shenzhen, but because the friend happened to have something to go to the field, so the two just met in a hurry and broke up, and then Que Jingqing lived alone at a friend's house, and at noon on June 8, she called her friend and said that she had an appointment with a photographer to take a photo in the afternoon, which sounded quite happy, but after that, everyone could no longer contact her.
Footage of police investigation
The investigators then investigated Que Jingqing's call records, she had two mobile phones, one of which had the last call record at 12:40 p.m. on June 8, and the other at 2:42 p.m. on June 8, and the contact person was the photographer who met to shoot. Her friend's neighbor also said that he had seen Que Jingqing go out at 3 p.m. that day and never returned.
So could the photographer who contacted her last be the murderer? The task force then launched an investigation into him. Soon Que Jingqing's friend told the investigators that in fact, it was the photographer who was the first to find missing.
Because she couldn't wait for anyone that afternoon, the photographer later called her to complain, saying that Que Jingqing broke the appointment and tricked them, and there were two other colleagues who took leave to go to the agreed place and set up the equipment, but no one came, and the phone couldn't get through. And her statement was also confirmed by two other colleagues of the photographer, and then the police preliminarily ruled out their suspicions.
Caught in a puzzle
Although the murderer was not found at this time, the police were basically certain that Que Jingqing was killed at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon of the same day. The police then began to investigate her movements from the time of her disappearance. It turned out that she did not come to Shenzhen alone, but with her boyfriend, but her boyfriend went abroad immediately after arriving in Shenzhen, leaving Que Jingqing to live alone at a friend's house.
Road monitoring
Her boyfriend met two years ago, the other party is a Hong Kong native, mainly doing business abroad, with good economic strength, he is very good to Que Jingqing, he will give her a pocket money every month, and he also hired a nanny to take care of her.
But after investigation, the police found that Que Jingqing had betrayed her boyfriend in private. According to a friend, she met a Fujian netizen on the Internet, and about half a month before the accident, she also traveled with the netizen surnamed Lin, and she was planning to break up with her current boyfriend.
The murderer's residence
If so, then for her boyfriend, such a betrayal must be unbearable, so could it be that her boyfriend murdered her?
After further investigation, the police found that her boyfriend was not in China before and after Que Jingqing's murder, and he hurried back after learning the news of his girlfriend's disappearance. Before that, he didn't know that his girlfriend had betrayed him. In this way, Que Jingqing's boyfriend had neither the time nor the motive to commit the crime, and his suspicion was temporarily ruled out by the police. The real culprit of the case is once again hidden in the fog.
I have to say that it has to be his girlfriend who has the most information. At this time, Que Jingqing's friend provided another piece of information to the case-handling personnel. She said that Que Jingqing came to Shenzhen this time, although she was nominally sending her boyfriend abroad, but she actually came to meet the Fujian netizen. The netizen told Que Jingqing that he would also go to Shenzhen in the next few days, and then he would go to her. The task force immediately put the focus of the investigation on this netizen again.
According to the investigation, the netizen surnamed Lin was 38 years old at the time, divorced, and usually made a living by lending. This profession has aroused the alarm of the case-handling personnel. can investigate one by one, and found that on the day of Que Jingqing's disappearance, he was still in Fujian, and he did not arrive in Shenzhen until 3 days after the other party's disappearance. Then the suspicion of this netizen can also be temporarily ruled out.
Que Jingqing does not have any complicated social relationships, the possibility of vendetta is not very likely, and the characters related to her have been ruled out of suspicion one by one, who did the poison to her?
In fact, the police have not only been tracking down Que Jingqing's social relationships, but also investigating the physical evidence that disappeared with her, such as her mobile phone/bank card, etc. The police found that Que Jingqing had six bank cards, but these cards disappeared with her disappearance, and one of her bank cards was withdrawn from the ATM in three installments after the incident.
Through the surveillance video, it can be seen that it is the same man who came to withdraw the money, and he deliberately disguised his face, such as putting a band-aid on his nose and deliberately making exaggerated expressions on his face. The fact that the man was able to withdraw the money smoothly every time showed that he knew the password of Que Jingqing's bank card. So who is this strange man, and will Que Jingqing be the one he killed?
First glimpses
But at this time, the case handlers of the task force discovered his secret from Que Jingqing's boyfriend. It turned out that he was already married in Hong Kong and had two children. Since his work is mainly focused on the mainland and abroad, he and his wife have been separated for a long time, and after meeting Que Jingqing, the two have lived together.
So could it be that her boyfriend's wife took a risk and hired someone to kill Que Jingqing and take her money? The police immediately launched an investigation around the Hong Kong boyfriend's wife, but after the investigation, it was found that the woman had never had any contact with Que Jingqing, and her boyfriend also said that his wife knew nothing about his cheating, and she was tied up by two children at home, and she had no time to know anything else. It seems that she is not the mastermind behind the murder of Que Jingqing.
After searching through all the social connections of the deceased, they still failed to find a breakthrough, and the police fell into passivity. It seems that a different way of thinking is needed.
At this time, the police in charge of tracing the missing items sent back a message that Que Jingqing's two missing mobile phones had been sold from an electronics mall in Shenzhen, and the person who sold the mobile phones was Huang Shushen, 28 years old, working in a stall in the electronics mall, and when the police arrived, the boss said that Huang Shushen had returned to his hometown in Shantou.
The police were very excited, isn't this the place where the body of the deceased was found, Que Jingqing had just been killed, and Huang Shushen returned to his hometown, could it be a coincidence? After analysis, the police believed that Huang Shushen was suspected of committing a major crime, and it was already the seventh day of Que Jingqing's murder, and in order to prevent long nights and dreams, the special case team rushed to Shantou overnight.
But in the face of the task force's questioning, Huang Shushen looked a little confused, he said that he didn't know Que Jingqing at all, and these two mobile phones were sold to him by his cousin. His cousin's name was Huang Feishan, and he told him at the time that he bought the two mobile phones at a low price from another electronics mall, and he just changed hands to make a difference. He also nervously asked his cousin how to turn off the location function of the mobile phone. It seems that this person named Huang Feishan is suspected of committing a major crime.
According to the investigation, Huang Feishan was 29 years old at the time, was a good gambler, had no proper occupation, and usually made a living by running black cars. After investigating the driving route of Huang Feishan on June 8, the day of Que Jingqing's disappearance, the task force discovered something strange.
At 3 p.m. that day, Huang Feishan's car drove into the area where Que Jingqing lived, and at 4:18 p.m., his car turned into an unmonitored alley, and after staying for seven hours, it was not until after 11 p.m. that the car drove out of the alley.
It is understood that Huang Feishan and his wife's rental house in Shenzhen is not in this alley, so what is he doing here? After investigation, the task force discovered his secret, it turned out that he also rented a house in the alley, which was a house with a roller shutter door, and the car could drive directly into it.
According to Huang Feishan, he rented this place for gambling, and he stayed here for 7 hours that day, just gambling, but the surveillance did not capture it that day, and the people who entered the alley with him were the same when they left.
When asked who was gambling together, he couldn't tell him, only that he was a migrant worker at a nearby construction site, but after the detectives visited the construction site, everyone said they didn't know him. And even more coincidentally, on June 9, the day after Que Jingqing's disappearance, he also drove back to his hometown in Shantou.
This Huang Feishan is consistent with the victim's trajectory, and after the crime, he appeared at the place where the body was found, and he still has the victim's two mobile phones in his hand, all of which seems to tell the detectives of the task force that the real murderer is in front of him.
But this Huang Feishan not only did not admit that he had carried Que Jingqing to the rental house, but he also insisted that he had bought the two mobile phones at a low price in the electronic shopping mall on the afternoon of June 9. Although the investigators have many clues about Huang Feishan's involvement in the case, these are not enough to identify him as the murderer, and if Huang Feishan does not admit it, then the police will be in a dilemma.
Good and evil are rewarded
In order to get more evidence, the task force immediately went to Huang Feishan's rental house to investigate, and in this room that seemed to be very clean, they got amazing results. In the cracks of the roller shutter door/wall/floor, the investigators found a number of small blood stains, which were identified as belonging to Que Jingqing.
In the face of ironclad evidence, Huang Feishan finally admitted the crime and confessed his crime. Due to his gambling habits, Huang Feishan owed a lot of foreign debts, and at the beginning of the year, his wife had just given birth to a child, and the financial pressure increased sharply. This made Huang Feishan, who was desperate for money, moved the idea of kidnapping and robbing.
The best target of the crime was locked on the passengers of his black car, for which he prepared ropes and knives in advance and hid them in the car, and rented a rental house as a place for the crime.
On the day of the crime, that is, after 2 p.m. on June 8, Huang Feishan drove to the area where Que Jingqing lived to pick up work, and happened to meet the other party who was going out to take a photo, and after some bargaining, the two agreed on a fare of 80 yuan, and Que Jingqing also embarked on a road of no return.
Because the weather was relatively hot at that time, and the air conditioner on the car was broken, the two argued, Que Jingqing complained that such a bad car would charge 80 yuan and scolded him, these words stimulated Huang Feishan, and he decided to carry out his long-planned kidnapping and robbery.
So, after driving the car to a remote place, he controlled Que Jingqing with a knife, tied her with a rope, and then took her to the rental house. He first violated Que Jingqing, then snatched her watch/two mobile phones and six bank cards, and forced her to ask for the password.
Throughout the process, Que Jingqing begged him many times to let him go, but Huang Feishan was not moved at all, and finally not only brutally killed her, but also dismembered her.
Next, he packed the body of the deceased into a suitcase, and in order to prevent the box from floating, he welded an iron cage on the outside, and added chains and locks to ensure that no one could open it. The head of the deceased was sealed by him in a concrete pier and was ready to sink to the bottom of the sea with the suitcase.
After doing all this, the next day he took the box and the cement pier and drove back to his hometown in Shantou to throw the body, but what he didn't expect was that the suitcase did not sink after being thrown into the water, so he was going to take a few stones and put them in an iron cage to increase the weight. Unexpectedly, in a blink of an eye, the box had drifted away without a trace.
He was so frightened that he didn't dare to continue throwing the cement pier, so he drove back to Shenzhen, and until he was arrested, the cement pier with the head was still in the rental house.
The truth of this bizarre case was finally revealed under the unremitting efforts of the task force, and when Huang Feishan was arrested, his daughter had just turned half a year old, which means that the father's seat will always be missing on the daughter's future growth path.
On December 22, 2015, the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, pronounced a verdict that Huang Feishan would be sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve, deprived of political rights for life, and confiscated all personal property. The reason why he was sentenced to a suspended death sentence here is that Huang Feishan actively compensated the victim's family after he was brought into the case, and obtained the "understanding" of the other party.
However, Que Jingqing's family did not agree with this, arguing that although the court had organized three mediations, because they did not understand Mandarin well, and because they were dizzy at the time, the content of the mediation letter was not an expression of their true intentions, so they signed it in a daze.
Originally, they also considered that Huang Feishan grew up in a single-parent divorced family, was raised by his grandparents since he was a child, and his daughter was less than half a year old when he committed the crime, and he also hesitated to forgive the other party. But later, they could not see the sincerity of the Huang family's apology, so they were not satisfied with the final verdict.
This case is over for the time being, we need to remind everyone, especially female friends, to protect themselves outside, after all, bad people don't engrave bad words on their faces, when encountering conflicts, try to seek better solutions, don't try to provoke each other, after all, life is the most important thing.
