As the first city of the Central Red Army to enter Guizhou, Liping is also known as the "City of Dawn", located at the junction of Hunan, Guizhou and Guizhou provinces, and has a history of more than 1,300 years. The site of the Liping Conference was originally "Hu Rongshun Firm", which is a Ming and Qing Dynasty building courtyard house surrounded by wind and fire walls, with a wooden structure inside, divided into three entrances, low in front and high in the back. In 2009, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee approved the construction of the Liping Conference Memorial Hall, the site of the Liping Conference was displayed in its original state, and the Liping Conference Memorial Hall was used as an auxiliary display. The memorial hall is an imitation of the Hui school building, composed of a preface hall and an exhibition hall, which is divided into five parts: "Strategic Transfer, Going North to Resist Japan", "The Starting Point of the Great Turning Point - Liping Conference", "Towards Victory", "Red Memory" and "Liping Today", which vividly shows the status and role of the Liping Conference in the history of the Chinese revolution.
