On the 15th, next to the garden-style public toilet located on Jianshe Road, a stepped iron shelf was neatly arranged with various potted flowers, including evergreen osmanthus trees, pomegranate trees with strong disease resistance, palm trees that are hardy in the north, and even many green plants with unclear names. Not far away, Guo Zibin was transplanting finger hydrangea seedlings into a flower pot. The elderly Guo Zibin said that he was a nearby villager, who had been a soldier when he was young, and returned to his hometown of Henan after retiring in 2013, preferring to raise some flowers and plants. In July 2015, he heard that zhongyuan district was recruiting public toilet administrators, and he actively signed up to participate when he was idle at home. "When the urban village was demolished, due to the large number of tenants in the village, many people threw the flowers and grass raised on the garbage heap before moving, some flowers were leafy, some were already dying, after seeing this situation, I felt sorry for these flowers and plants, because the space in the home was limited, so I could only move them here one by one to replant and cultivate, and slowly let them regain their vitality."
