The enterprise is the 40th science and technology enterprise successfully incubated by the Zibo Biomedical Research Institute of Shandong University. At present, the company's waterborne heat sealing new materials and special blister intermediate bonding materials have broken through the international monopoly, and the technology has reached the international advanced level, realizing the local supply of key materials for high-performance pharmaceutical packaging.
The Zibo Institute of Biomedicine of Shandong University has continuously optimized and improved the project transformation and incubation capacity, achieved good results in enterprise incubation, and cultivated a number of high-quality enterprises such as Shandong Zezheng, Han Peptide Biology, Wuyuan Materia Medica, and Shandong Maichuang. First, based on the advantages of Lu's traditional Chinese medicine industry, the combination of production, education and research focuses on creating a high-level innovation team and entrepreneurial projects in the field of biomedicine. Relying on the advantages of Shandong University in pharmacy, chemistry, life sciences and other disciplines and the local industrial base, the research institute builds a professional creative space for biomedicine in accordance with the management mode of the new R&D institution, takes the market as the guide and the project as the core, closely integrates with industrial development and industrialization innovation, and strives to build a high-level innovation team and entrepreneurial enterprises in the field of biomedicine. The second is to have a sound technical platform support system. The existing incubation space of the institute covers an area of 4500 square meters, and can provide 138 numbers of workstations free of charge. Relying on the biomedical public technical service platform, a one-stop technical service chain of "technical services - R & D and design - pilot services - achievement transformation (engineering) - project (enterprise) incubation" is formed, providing testing, consulting, technology upgrading, project development, achievement transformation and talent cultivation services for entrepreneurial enterprises and talent teams. The third is to establish a professional one-stop, full-chain mass creation service system. Based on years of experience in the construction of co-working spaces and incubators, the institute has established a one-stop, full-chain service system integrating basic services, technical services, financial services, management services, and business services, forming a service platform with orderly management, adequate service and strong guarantee. The fourth is to establish a diversified team of co-creation management and technical services. The institute has a team of 33 people, including 5 management personnel with corresponding incubation qualifications, 27 professional service personnel, 1 other service personnel, and more than 50% of the personnel with master's degree or above. Fifth, there is an open Internet online platform and an external resource sharing platform. The institute has established a drug technology information query and sharing platform (including six databases such as Dialogue, Chemical Abstracts, and CNKI), and the website port integrates the innovative resources of scientific research institutes such as Shandong University and the Institute of Chemical And Pharmaceutical Research of Shandong Pharmaceutical College to achieve sharing and effective utilization.
