There were so many students, I couldn't bring them alone, so I quickly recruited teachers with rolling belts.
In the beginning, like other custodial institutions, I thought of recruiting college students to do part-time jobs, on the one hand, the cost was low, on the other hand, they were highly educated, and I thought I would definitely be able to bring good students.
Who knew that there were several college students who could not satisfy me.
They are either unfamiliar with the textbook, unable to grasp the key points, or unwilling to prepare lessons;
Either you can do the problem yourself, but you can't understand the child;
Or just think about mixing two or three hours a day and hurrying off work;
Either they are only willing to help with homework and are not willing to help with additional homework;

In short, there is no teacher I want, both capable and attitudeful.
I didn't expect that as an administrative manager, I would be so anxious to recruit a custodial teacher with a certificate as a human resource manager.
So I had to sit down and analyze my own needs: to take primary school students do not need too high a diploma, high school education is enough, but the expression ability should be good, patience should be enough, and it is best to be very loving to the child.
After analysis, I no longer only post recruitment information to student part-time groups, but spend more time posting recruitment information in some groups looking for jobs.
Soon, a girl who had been a clerk came to apply, and after a trial, I thought she was quite suitable in all aspects, so I left her to take students full-time.
Although full-time teachers are much more expensive, they have higher emotional intelligence because they have been honed in society, and their communication with parents will be better. All aspects of the mind have also been honed in society, and they can calm down and bring students.
And because she is full-time, she can come to prepare for class a little earlier every day, and she doesn't have to rush to leave work so early in the evening.
It turned out that my choice of full-time teacher was the right decision.
Under my repeated teachings, hand in hand, mouth to mouth, this girl quickly became my right-hand man.
At the same time, this method also pointed out the direction for my later recruitment, and I am one of the very few hosting institutions that recruit full-time teachers.
Recruit full-time teachers, although the salary expenditure will be much higher, but their experience will continue to accumulate in the process of taking students, the longer the number of years the teacher takes the students, the better the effect will be.
This is also why parents always want to find more experienced teachers when choosing school teachers.
The recruitment incident made me understand: to do a lot of things, we must learn to change our thinking, jump out of the routine, and do not take the usual path, maybe it is a better way!
