Secondly, in the activities of the Youth Committee, it is necessary to actively invite The Patriarch Pan to participate, listen to the suggestions of the Patriarchs, humbly ask and learn from the Elders, and develop the Youth Committee into a strong organization.
Again, we must actively introduce new blood. Consideration can be given to developing college students, high school students, and junior high school students to join the association to form a ladder-type Pan's young talent reserve. For example, the root-seeking activities can introduce some students to participate, so that they can experience and explore the culture and charm of our ancestors from an early age, and can better infect and guide them.
Finally, we must actively carry forward and inherit Pan's excellent culture. There must be a special person responsible for collecting Pan's related historical stories, celebrity legends, etc., and do a good job of preserving, combing and sorting out, spreading them out, and passing them on to a new generation of Pan youth.
During the conversation, Patriarch Jiankai especially enlightened us with the Buddhist family's good thoughts and bodhichitta seeds, to develop kindness and cherish good thoughts, and to be a Positive Energy, Loving, Caring Family and Society Pan Youth Organization, which deeply affected and touched the members of the Youth Committee.

First, we must attach importance to organizational development. The leadership of the Youth Committee should attach importance to organizational construction, actively convene corresponding president's office meetings, councils, and other meetings, do a good job in the development of conference affairs and various plans, and strictly fulfill the goals set by the committee, so as to develop and expand the youth committee.
Second, we must develop new members. It is necessary to complete the goal of 150 people set by the former president's office meeting, develop fresh blood to join the organization, and strengthen the Youth Committee.
Finally, Pan Jin quanzong thanked the Youth Committee for braved the scorching summer to visit him and his wife for their care and condolences, and also wished the young people of the Youth Committee a prosperous career, wished the team of the Youth Committee continuous development and growth, and wished the Youth Committee a prosperous and grand exhibition.

Then, the patriarch asked the members about the impact of enterprises during the epidemic, introduced his company's development feelings under the epidemic, shared his coping experience with everyone, as well as his own thoughts and views on the international and domestic economic development situation, and reminded everyone to pay attention to stable development and avoid blind investment and expansion, which made everyone very fruitful.
Finally, Patriarch Shi Meng said that he would fully support the development of the Youth Committee and wished the Youth Committee a stronger and stronger team!
