Li Youzhong, chairman of the Kinmen County Chamber of Commerce, called on "the Kinmen County Government to strengthen contact with relevant units in Taipei, and on the basis of normal epidemic prevention and control measures, focus on people's livelihood, and accelerate the resumption of the 'mini three links'."
