On October 26, the Longnan Highway Branch Center held the fourth quarter safety production work deployment meeting, and Zeng Xiangfa, the interim person in charge of the sub-center, presided over the meeting and made a speech, and all the cadres and employees of the organ attended the meeting.

At the meeting, they conscientiously organized and studied the spirit of the important exposition on safe production work; conveyed the spirit of the meeting of all members of the Provincial Safety Committee and the teleconference of the province's safety prevention work and the spirit of Mayor Xu Nanji's speech; conveyed and studied the spirit of the meeting of the city's ordinary national and provincial trunk highway safety production work conference, and Secretary Liu Xiaolong and Director Hu Lie's deployment requirements on how to do a good job in the safe production of national and provincial trunk highways. At the same time, the new "Work Safety Law" was issued to all cadres and employees, and interpretation and publicity were conducted.

Subsequently, Comrade Zeng Xiangfa put forward four requirements for the safety production work of the sub-centers: First, we must attach great importance to it. It is necessary to firmly establish a sense of safety, create an atmosphere of "safe production and everyone's participation", do a good job in the prescribed actions in combination with reality, and always have a clear idea, such as when there is a problem of potential safety hazards, it is necessary to adhere to the formation of a ledger before, during, and after the event, so that there are traces to follow. The second is to strengthen education and training. It is necessary to strengthen the organization of propaganda and education activities on safe production work, especially the education of new young cadres and front-line personnel of grass-roots Road classes, which cannot be ignored. It is necessary to carry out regular training to ensure that the situation of safe production is sustained and stable. The third is to pay attention to the investigation of hidden dangers. It is necessary to strictly implement the deployment requirements of the higher levels, consolidate work measures, consolidate the foundation of safe production, build a solid line of defense for safe production, and regularly check the steel guardrails, signs and other security facilities of the national and provincial trunk highways within the jurisdiction, and eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner. The fourth is to do a good job in safety supervision. The safety production leading group of the sub-center should strictly implement the leadership and information reporting system, do a good job of daily emergency duty, formulate emergency plans, and improve the safety production responsibility system.
