Hefei, 28 Oct (China News Network) -- A reporter learned from an interview at the Huijing Theater in Anhui Province on 28 October that the hospital is in full swing to rearrange the large-scale emblem drama "Liu Mingchuan", which is scheduled to premiere in late November.

Liu Mingchuan, a native of Hefei, Anhui Province, was an important general of the Huai Army at the end of the Qing Dynasty, a representative of the Western affairs faction, and the first inspector of Taiwan Province, known as the "father of Taiwan's modernization". The Hui drama "Biography of Liu Ming" tells the story of his last decade (1884-1895) in his life of resisting the Law and defending Taiwan, building Taiwan, and his later years.

"Five years after the founding of the province, the new policy has been implemented, and the autumn color of the treasure island has won the spring of yang..." Entering the rehearsal room of the Huijing Theater in Anhui Province, the Hui opera actors are rehearsing in a serious and orderly manner.

Zhao Chungang, president of the Huijing Theater in Anhui Province, said that the Hui opera "The Biography of Liu Ming" objectively and vividly shows the vicissitudes of Taiwan's history during that period. "Hui opera is China's national intangible cultural heritage, and we want to use the ancient Hui opera unique to Anhui to reflect the legendary life of Liu Mingchuan, so that this national hero who sacrificed his life and forgot his death for Taiwan can enter the hearts of every audience."

According to reports, the Hui opera "Liu Ming Biography" not only applies the artistic expression techniques and singing voice of China's national intangible cultural heritage - Anhui Chizhou Opera and Qingyang Cavity, but also combines modern technologies such as photoelectric sound to inject new development vitality into the ancient Hui opera.

In order to better understand Liu Mingchuan, the main creators of the "Liu Mingchuan" crew also visited Liu Mingchuan's hometown - Mingchuan Township, Feixi County, Anhui Province.

In recent years, Feixi County has skillfully played the "Ming Chuan Card" and, while protecting and making good use of Liu Mingchuan's former residence, Liu Zhuangsu Cemetery, and Liu Mingchuan Memorial Hall, has actively sorted out historical materials and folk stories related to Liu Mingchuan, carried out cross-strait youth exchange activities, and filmed Liu Mingchuan's documentary.
