It is understood that the maintenance and renovation project of public facilities in the community involves a total of 43 transfer communities, mainly for the demolition and maintenance of the relevant equipment of the transferred community, supporting the repair of property, drainage, greening and other infrastructure, involving 2270 residential buildings, 52518 households, construction area of about 4.3358 million square meters, about 120,000 residents.

Since the beginning of this year, the Guanghua Office has set up a project construction headquarters for the separation and transfer of public facilities in the Guanghua area, formulated a work plan, set up an investigation team, and carried out a comprehensive, in-depth and meticulous investigation in view of the basic information of the community, the intention to transform and the problems existing in the community, forming a detailed maintenance and transformation research report, laying the foundation for the smooth progress of the maintenance and transformation of public facilities in the residential area of Guanghua.
