In 1961, Luzhou Old Cellar Distillery encountered a big problem, starting from 1573, has been producing wine for more than 400 years of century-old cellar pool suddenly dripping wine, this is the shock at home and abroad "pouring cellar incident", for a time everyone panicked. According to Lai Gaohuai's opinion, adjustments were made immediately, and the century-old cellar pool quickly returned to normal wine production, and also increased the grain wine production rate!
