The basic structure of the story comes from the "Devil in the Bottle" chapter of the original "Iron Man 2" comic, the main villain in the movie Ivan Vanke, played by Miki Locke, is a combination of Iron Man's opponent Crimson Dynamo (wearing a piece of armor that can control electricity) and whip (holding a special acidic razor whip). In addition, the nationality and real name of the whip in the film are derived from the identity of Crimson Dynamo in the comics. Miky Locke personally visited Moscow's infamous Butyrka military prison to play Ivan Vanke, code-named Whipsaw, and he even suggested that half of the character's dialogue should be written in Russian.

2. Scarlett Johansson, in preparation for the role of Black Widow, underwent 6 weeks of special training before the main shots began, after which she spent 6 months shooting the film. 3. Classic cars in Stark's garage: the Cadillac Series 62 Ghia Coupe (1953), which once belonged to Rita Hayworth (purchased and gifted by Prince Ali Khan); a Mercury "lead sled" (1949) customized by Sam Barris; and a Ford Flathead Roadster (1932), which belonged to Jon Furus.

4. Terrence Howard, who played Colonel James Rhodes in "Iron Man", did not re-star because of the breakdown of negotiations with Marvel. His role was replaced by Don Chandel. Interestingly, Terrence Howard and Don Chandel co-starred in the 2004 Oscar Best Picture "Crash"

5. Sam Rockwell was one of the original candidates to play the male protagonist Tony Stark in the first episode of "Iron Man", and finally played Stark's nemesis and business rival Justin Hammer in the sequel "Iron Man 2".

6. Before the release of the film, it was rumored that Edward Norton would make a cameo appearance in "Iron Man 2" as Bruce Banner, because the previous "Invincible Hulk" starring him also had a cameo appearance by Robert Downey Jr. at the end
