In order to implement the special action plans and indicator tasks related to chronic diseases in the "Healthy Fujian Action (2019-2030)" and the "Medium- and Long-term Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Diseases in Fujian Province (2017-2025)", strengthen the effective use of chronic disease monitoring data of the Provincial CDC, and enhance the operational ability of cd-operative personnel of the Provincial CDC to carry out chronic disease prevention and control, the Center held the "Provincial CDC Backbone Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Comprehensive Technology Training Course" in Fuzhou on October 26-28, 2021. The training course specially invited Zhou Maigeng, researcher of the Chronic Disease Center of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Professor Li Yueping of Fujian Medical University to give a lecture, Chen Zhihui, director of the Institute of Endemic Diseases and Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases prevention and control of the Center, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, and more than 160 professional and technical personnel of chronic disease prevention and control at all levels of the province participated in the training.
This training course is based on the current situation of chronic disease prevention and control in our province, focusing on the "14th Five-Year Plan" health development plan of our province, focusing on the combination of theory and practice, basic work and improvement and utilization for content setting, based on the medium- and long-term planning of chronic diseases, the calculation of chronic disease related indicators of healthy Chinese action, the use and analysis of monitoring data based on disease prevention and control needs, the construction of a comprehensive monitoring system based on the comprehensive prevention and control demonstration area of chronic diseases, the construction system of the demonstration area for chronic disease prevention and control in the new era, and the theory and practice of medical and prevention integration. With the themes of chronic disease health education and health promotion and standardized management of chronic diseases, all aspects of chronic disease prevention and control work were systematically introduced in an all-round and multi-level manner. In order to expand the coverage of the training and facilitate the trainees to use the fragmented time for playback learning, the training course also opened online live broadcast and recording, which was welcomed by grass-roots staff. All the trainees evaluated the satisfaction of this training, and more than 90% of the trainees were "satisfied" with the content of this training and thought that the training was very helpful for daily work.
The content of this training is detailed and targeted, which further enhances the theoretical level and practical combat ability of the trainees, enhances everyone's confidence in the prevention and control of chronic diseases, will further promote the standardized development of chronic disease-related work in our province, and lay the foundation for the continuous development of chronic disease prevention and control work and the scientific calculation of important indicators such as average life expectancy and premature mortality rate of major chronic diseases in the construction of healthy Fujian.
