Chen Minyu, the author of the picture book, broke the news on Facebook, pointing out that after Wang Guocai took office, the "Shipping Bureau" immediately issued an urgent notice, saying that he requested the reprinting of "The Man Who Guards the Sea" because the person in charge had been replaced. Chen Minyu believes that the content of the picture book has not changed at all, and the two thousand copies printed before may be destroyed, which is worthy of being the "chief's biggest".

Wang Guocai yesterday attended a special report by the "Transportation Committee" of the legislature of the DPP authorities on the high-speed rail extension plan, and "legislator" Qiu Chenyuan asked about this matter.
