Nanxiong City is the "hometown of Lingnan ginkgo in China", one of the five major ginkgo producing areas in China, and the only ginkgo main production area in Guangdong Province, known as one of the "nine most beautiful ginkgo viewing places in the country", "Ginkgo Dyeing Autumn" was rated as the most influential tourism brand in Guangdong Province. Cycling races are held in the Hat Peak Tourist Scenic Spot, known as the "Lingnan Ginkgo Kingdom", where tourists and riders can experience the passion of the race while enjoying the beauty of Ginkgo biloba in the scenic spot. The starting point of the race is the Hat Peak Tourist Scenic Spot - Linjiapuzi Square, and the participating riders have to go through 3 supply points and ride a nearly 73-kilometer-long route back to the starting point to complete the race task. "This is not only a journey of physical and mental health, but also a sightseeing tour to feel the ecological and natural landscape of Nanxiong Ginkgo. At the same time, at the scene of the hiking activities, many hiking participants set off from Zhujie Ancient Lane and hiked through the ancient opera stage of Lidong Street in Nanxiong Zhujie Town, Lingtan Village Lingtan Station, Zhongzhan Village, and Yixin Village, and finally arrived at the Meiguan Ancient Road Scenic Area. The route integrates cultural tourism, post road tourism, rural tourism, outdoor scenery, ecological tourism, and red tourism, closely combines the red culture, Zhujie Ancient Lane, Meiguan Ancient Road and rural revitalization in Su District, and fully demonstrates Nanxiong's excellent traditional culture and achievements in ecological civilization construction to the hiking participants and tourists. Seven service points are set up along the hiking route, and each service point has a series of cultural and interactive activities such as intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, intangible cultural heritage food markets, outdoor fun activities, and ancient road wine tasting, which fully enhance the participation and experience of the participants in the hiking activities.
