环境介绍：

Hostname:Dsgrd-mail01

IP:192.168.220.11

Roles:Notes server

1.打开Domino目录 names.nsf。

2. 在 Policys - settings，add settings – mail"：

命名：Disclaimer

切换到Mail标签---Message Disclaimer

Notes client can add Disclaimer : Enable

Disclaimer Text: *******Test-Disclaimer********

然后Save &amp; close

把此邮件设置加载到策略文档里，并赋给相关用户,或是组织策略附加给相关用户.

在 Policys – 下编辑之前创建的用户密码相关策略：/jr---Edit policy

Setting type -----Mail-----单击下拉菜单---选择刚才新建的—Disclaimer Policy

保存退出

再打开服务器的配置文档；

Configurations---选择服务器---Edit configurations.

完成以上后,在domino控制台输入如下命令:

tell router update config

测试结果（创建三个内部用户）

首先用户，张三通过webmail登陆自己的邮箱发送测试邮件：
