有啥用处?
当我们把物料从启用了Handling Unit 管理的Storage Location转入非Handling Unit管理的storage location的时候，系统会生成Outbound Delivery凭证, 这个凭证里需要Customer代码。
当我们把物料从非Handling Unit管理的Sorage Location 转入Handing Unit管理的Storage Location的时候，系统会生成Inbound Delivery凭证，这个凭证里需要Vendor代码。
这个配置里维护的Customer以及Vendor的主要是为了在与Inbound和Outbound Delivery做集成的时候方便技术处理而设定的，并非真正的Vendors或者Customer，我们在系统上需要维护它们的主数据。
