原因：

python版本低

解决：

下载安装 “Anaconda Python distributive (available for Linux, Windows and MacOS)” 地址 https://www.anaconda.com/download/ ,个人使用免费。当前版本 3.7。安装完毕，设置一下PATH路径，把新安装的Anaconda Python distributive的bin放最前面。
