如果已到达压缩数据流的末尾，则Inflater类的finished()函数将返回true。

函数签名：

public boolean finished()

用法:

i.finished();

参数：该函数不需要参数

返回类型：该函数返回布尔值，如果所有输入都未压缩并存储在给定的缓冲区中，则返回true，否则返回false。

异常：该函数不会引发任何异常
