保利·世博天悦（Poly Opus One），位于浦东与浦西市中心的交汇点，享有得天独厚的地理位置和便捷的城市高速路接入，使其在上海的城市天际线中独树一帜。该项目不仅因其位置成为设计的灵感源泉，更因黄浦江畔和上海天际线的独特视角，激发了创造一个无与伦比的城市建筑杰作的愿景。设计的核心在于塑造一件具有永恒吸引力的现代主义作品，提供给居住者一个既宁静又优雅的生活环境，配备精心规划的户型和独特的城市江景。
The project site is located in the crucial area adjacent to both Pudong and Puxi city centers, prominently visible from the urban expressway. The design of the project aims to add a significant contribution to Shanghai's city skyline. The exceptional site conditions serve as the inspiration for creating a unique urban masterpiece along the Huangpu River and the Shanghai skyline. The design endeavors to establish a timeless piece of modernist architecture, offering a serene and refined living environment for park residents, meticulously designed unit layouts, and unparalleled views of the city and the river.
SCDA通过对空间、光线和结构秩序的精心把控，旨在营造一种宁静而典雅的居住氛围，将这一设计哲学发挥到极致。设计概念分为两大部分：一部分聚焦于通过光线和结构变化来增强空间体验，另一部分则侧重于建立一种结构秩序，通过建筑设计语言将场所感、文化和工艺融为一体。
SCDA strives to shape tranquility and elegance through the use of spatial, lighting, and structural order, pushing these intentions to the utmost. This involves two aspects: one focusing on experiential design, integrating a series of spaces that evolve with changes in light and structure to enhance users' sensory experiences. The other involves constructing structural order, determined by the architectural design language, incorporating elements of place-making, culture, and craftsmanship.
在公共空间设计方面，项目致力于创造一种平静而典雅的居住体验。从居住者的归家体验出发，设计了一个绿植和水景环绕的接待大堂前庭，通过景观走廊与会所前院连接，并通过阶梯引入下沉式庭院。这样的空间布局不仅触动人的感官，还通过丰富的绿植和水景交织，营造出一个层次分明、宁静雅致的环境。
The design of public spaces is dedicated to creating a tranquil and elegant residential experience. Starting with the user's homecoming experience, a drop-off courtyard surrounded by greenery and water features serves as the forecourt to the reception lobby. Connected through a landscaped corridor to the front yard of the clubhouse and descending through steps to a sunken courtyard, this alternating open and enclosed spatial order can effectively evoke residents' emotions. With the interplay of lush greenery and water features, a rich and serene ambiance is thus created.
建筑立面的设计延续了SCDA对严谨性和细节的追求，通过横竖元素的交错，呼应了原有的世博建筑风格。立面构件的精心布局及金属型材的细致处理，展现了现代建筑的精细和严谨。双层挑空的阳台设计将室内的客餐厅空间自然延伸至外部，模糊了室内外的界限，同时将黄浦江的壮丽景色引入居住空间内部。
The architectural facade design continues SCDA's meticulous architectural vocabulary. Interlocking vertical and horizontal facade elements respond to the texture of the existing Expo buildings. The positions of facade decorative elements are extensions of the interior spaces, with metal profiles neatly terminating at their ends, perfectly reflecting the precision and intricacy of modern architecture. Double-height balconies, as extensions of indoor dining areas, blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, seamlessly bringing the Huangpu River views into the interior.
通过这种综合性的设计方法，保利·世博天悦不仅成为上海天际线上的一个新亮点，也为居住者提供了一个充满现代魅力且宁静雅致的生活环境。
Through this holistic design approach, Poly Opus One not only becomes a new highlight on Shanghai's skyline but also offers its residents a living environment filled with modern allure and tranquil elegance.
