AgileConfig服務端搭建

1）GitHub上下載下傳Release包

https://github.com/dotnetcore/AgileConfig/tags

如果下載下傳很慢，可以試試 ​​GitHub 檔案加速​​ 

2）直接啟動 AgileConfig.Server.Apisite 項目即可。
