Confluence 6 邀請你的小組來使用應用 APP

如果你正在運作 Confluence 6.8 或者後續版本，邀請你的小組開始使用 Confluence 伺服器的移動應用，可以使用下面的方法。

通路 Confluence Mobile 頁面，請閱讀有關管理者需要注意的地方，同時了解你可用在 APP 上如何使用和通路你的站點。

使用者不需要其他的權限來使用 app，你隻需要讓你希望使用 app 的使用者了解并且下載下傳應用後進行登入即可。如果你的 Confluence 站點不能夠通過公共網絡進行通路的話，你可能需要幫助你的使用者在移動終端上設定好 VPN 以便于能夠通路你的内部部署的 Confluence。

電子郵件模闆

下面是一個建議使用的電子郵件模闆，你可用使用這個預設的電子郵件模闆來讓你的使用者了解到你的伺服器是移動應用可用的。

在你将電子郵件發送出去的時候，請不要忘記自己先測試下以确定所有的應用和連結都是可用，可用通路的。
