RnnNoise降噪源碼解析-訓練資料準備和模型轉換

1.源碼

2.編譯特征提取工具

cd rnnoise-master/src
./compile.sh
           

執行後會生成檔案denoise_training,它有三個參數 ,使用方式如下:

./denoise_training clean_speech.pcm noise_background.pcm 5000000 > output.f32
           

每個音頻資料導出87維特征,隻要音頻足夠長,可以count參數設定大一點。最終導出的資料則為(n,87)。

3.準備資料

論文資料集可以到作者部落格首頁下載下傳:

将資料集拼接成一條語音:

将準備好的資料按2中的方式提取特征即可。

4.生成動态連接配接庫(調用)

上面的部分是生成訓練用的特征資料,如果你需要一個類似sdk的庫檔案,那麼在源碼根目錄中執行,就可以生成librnnoise.so了。

5.擷取.h5檔案

python ./training/bin2hdf5.py output.f32 5000000 87 training.h5
           

bin2hdf5.py有4個參數,第一個為c輸出的特征值檔案,第二個/第三個為矩陣shape,第四個參數為輸出檔案。

如果output.f32中的資料為(n,87),則請把第二個參數替換為n.

6.開始訓練

python ./training/rnn_train.py
           

7.擷取權重參數

./training/dump_rnn.py weights.hdf5 rnn_data.c rnn_data.h name
           

注意:源碼提供的dump_rnn.py不可用,需修改至如下形式:

将生成的rnn_data.c和rnn_data.h替換src中的代碼即可。
