On the afternoon of March 6, 2021, under the guidance of the Xi'an Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature and the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, sponsored by the Xi'an Artists Association, and undertaken by the Lanxi Art Museum and the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Xi'an Artists Association, the opening ceremony of the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Xi'an Artists Association and the "100 Fine Oil Paintings Exhibition Welcoming the Centenary of the Founding of the Party" was held in the Lanxi Art Museum.
The leaders and guests attending the annual meeting were: Wang Xiaofeng, secretary of the party group of the Xi'an Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Wang Yang, deputy director of Xi'an Television Station and general manager of the Radio and Television Group; Qu Jian, vice president of the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts; Wang Xiaolin, director of the office of the Xi'an Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Yang Shuanglin, chairman of the Xi'an Municipal Artists Association; Liu Qiwei, vice chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Artists Association; Feng Xiaowei, acting secretary general of the Xi'an Artists Association; and Tan Weiping, deputy secretary general of the Xi'an Artists Association.
Famous painters attending the annual meeting were: Guo Beiping, vice president of the National Academy of Painting of China and former vice president of the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts; Gu Guojian, former vice chairman of the Gansu Provincial Artists Association; Zhao Tuo, Li Wangping, and Zhang Jianqun, professors of the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts; Zhao Fengqi, vice president of the Shaanxi Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; and Han Handong and Ke Jianjun, professors of the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts.
