1. Increase the indoor temperature and increase the activity of UV ink.
2. Increase the power of UV lamps, and convert from single-open mode to double-open mode.
3. The bottom glass of the UV lamp is cleaned with alcohol to increase the permeability of ultraviolet light.
4. It is recommended to apply coating to ensure fastness. Acrylic coating on acrylic, crust board, aluminum-plastic plate, metal coating on metal and glass.
5. Start the machine before printing, so that the nozzle temperature rises to the set temperature and then prints.
