The company was just established last year, and its partners include Internet celebrity anchor Wei Ya (real name Huang Wei), her husband Dong Haifeng, Huang Tao (Wei Ya's younger brother) and so on.

Hangzhou Qianyi Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) was established in early November last year, with a total capital contribution of more than 4 million yuan, Wei Ya's brother Huang Tao contributed more than 50% and was the ultimate beneficiary, while Wei Ya herself and her husband Dong Haifeng both contributed about 20%, and Dong Haifeng was the actual controller of the company. The company's business scope is enterprise management consulting and enterprise management (except for projects that require approval according to law, independent business activities are carried out according to law with business licenses).

The investigation showed that Wei Ya, Dong Haifeng and Huang Tao were related to 18, 25 and 16 enterprises respectively. Among the 25 enterprises under Dong Haifeng's name, most of them were established in the past two years, 8 were established last year, and 10 were established this year, with business scope including wholesale, retail, business services, etc., and 2 of all enterprises have been cancelled (including this time Hangzhou Qianyi).

In May this year, Qianxun (Hangzhou) Culture Media Co., Ltd., of which Dong Haifeng is the legal representative, was fined 530,000 yuan by the Hangzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Binjiang) Market Supervision and Administration Bureau for publishing advertisements that "contain content and circumstances that hinder social public order and violate good social customs.".

In June this year, after Wei Ya was accused of selling the cottage fan of the tide brand Supreme, she and Qianxun Culture issued apologies one after another.

In October, the National Enterprise Credit Information Corporation system showed that Hangzhou Weiya Surprise Society Cultural Media Co., Ltd., which had just been established for three months, was included in the list of abnormal operations by the Hangzhou High-tech Zone (Binjiang) Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, because the registered residence or business premises could not be contacted. Dong Haifeng is the executive director and general manager and legal representative of the company.

In November, Hangzhou Fengweipai Food Co., Ltd., also legally represented by Dong Haifeng and less than 10 months old, was included in the list of abnormal operations because it "could not be contacted through the registered residence or business premises".

After correcting the error, a market entity that has been included in the abnormal operation may apply to the industry and commerce department to remove it from the list of abnormal operations. At present, two companies have been removed from the directory.

On the 8th of last month, Hangzhou Qianyi Enterprise Management Partnership, which had just been established for 1 year, applied for deregistration, and today, the company's operating status has changed: from "existence" to "deregistration", and the reason for deregistration is the resolution to dissolve.
