On December 9, The Paper (www.thepaper.cn) inquired about the "company executives" column of COSCO SHIPPING's official website and noted that Chen Yangfan, who previously served as the party secretary and general manager of China Unicom's Guizhou branch, has served as deputy general manager and member of the party group of COSCO SHIPPING since December 2021.
According to the official resume, Chen Yangfan graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering and Information Science of Anhui University with a major in radio technology and the University of Essex with a master's degree in telecommunications and information systems.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the operation and management of telecommunications enterprises, with rich experience in product research and development and marketing, and has successively served as the general manager of China Unicom's product innovation department/information security department, Internet operation department, industrial Internet product center, senior vice president of government and enterprise customer business group, and party secretary and general manager of China Unicom Guizhou Branch.
