Cook revealed three major directions for Apple's investment: hints at AR headsets and self-driving cars

Cook said in the interview: "We are very focused on augmented reality, we are very focused on artificial intelligence, we are very concerned about autonomous driving. Cook describes these things as "core technologies" that will be applied "in a variety of different ways."
