Chongqing Reporter: Recently, I went to the Science City for an interview, and I saw a lot of modern minibuses and unmanned vehicles on the road.

Gao Jiupeng introduced that you are welcome to come to our Science City to experience the intelligent networked driving and automatic driving services with the driving level of "old drivers".

How? Then we have to mention our biggest feature: software-defined vehicles, chip-made vehicles, Li Keqiang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Tsinghua University, proposed the "vehicle-road-cloud integration" solution to achieve "scenario-based" intelligence. Generally speaking: we are not only building vehicles, but also educating scenes. Specifically, such a scenario relies on the perfect coordination of five ports: vehicle, road, cloud, network, and graph.

On the vehicle side, we design different collaborative perception capabilities for vehicles with different levels of intelligence, empower intelligent driving of bicycles, and make vehicles smarter.

At the end of the road, that is, the road with more and more abundant scenes, a smart city road covering more than 200 kilometers within the Science City is planned. At present, on about 50 kilometers of urban roads, through the deployment of low-latency and high-precision multi-sensor fusion systems, edge computing units, and vehicle-road cloud communication systems, a "clairvoyant" for real-time perception of road conditions is formed, making roads smarter and serving a wide range of application scenarios.

In the cloud, which is a cloud with increasingly powerful service capabilities, it has built a leading cloud control infrastructure platform in China, gathering data from all vehicles and road systems, as well as various intelligent algorithms, and providing data and capabilities to application systems in various scenarios of application ecological construction through nearly 100 hierarchical shared interfaces, supporting applications such as autonomous driving, traffic management, and smart cities.

On the network side, that is, a real-time and stable network, it improves the penetration rate of vehicles into the network, empowers autonomous vehicles, and is also backward compatible, providing enhanced early warning and driving advice services for traditional vehicles.

Different from traditional navigation maps, high-precision maps are presented in a three-dimensional form at the lane level, which contains rich information, realizes multi-system sharing, and breaks the "island" of traffic information.

At present, we are building the country's first demonstration area that can empower all types of vehicles, establishing a leading cloud control infrastructure platform and 9 ecologically co-built networked application platforms, successfully accessing more than 1,000 networked vehicles of various types, and carrying out comprehensive scenario pilots through multiple channels.

At the same time, we closely follow the "33618" modern manufacturing cluster system, and take "intelligent networked new energy vehicles and core devices" as one of the three leading industries in Science City, and accelerate the layout and development. In terms of vehicle manufacturing, there are new energy commercial vehicle companies such as Changan Leapfrog and Dongfang Xinyuan; In terms of core components, it has gathered high-quality enterprises such as Jinkang Power, CITIC Zhilian, and Konghui Technology; In terms of automotive electronics, it has gathered companies such as San'an STMicroelectronics, China Resources Microelectronics, and CETC Chips; In terms of R&D institutions and service platforms, it has introduced industry-leading enterprises such as Western Vehicle Network, Western Zhilian, and China Merchants Vehicle Research Institute, built the Western Science City Intelligent Networked Vehicle Innovation Center and the first National Intelligent Networked Vehicle Quality Inspection and Testing Center in the West, gathered innovation carriers such as the Automotive Software Innovation Research Platform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, gathered more than 60 related enterprises, and initially completed the whole industry chain ecosystem.

We plan to build the city's intelligent networked automobile industry innovation highland and an important carrier of new energy commercial vehicle manufacturing by 2027, with an output value of 100 billion yuan.
