Fan Jinquan, 49, is a disabled person, but he was not like that 10 years ago. In May 2011, Fan Jinquan suffered a sudden cerebral hemorrhage and was taken to the hospital for treatment. After a month of treatment and careful care by relatives, although his life was saved, he was bedridden and unable to take care of himself, and after returning to his hometown, he was taken care of by his parents for a period of time before he was able to walk reluctantly. While Fan Jinquan was still suffering from his injuries, his wife left him with her daughter and the little property left in the family. Fan Jinquan was once mentally weak and lost hope for life.

After learning about Fan Jinquan's situation, Li Zengru, a full-time officer of the Shunwang Disabled Persons' Federation, became a regular visitor to his home, just like his family, he came to Fan Jinquan to do psychological counseling, and applied for a disability certificate for him, and the community and the street also helped Fan Jinquan apply for a minimum living guarantee.

In the early days, the sprouts could only be sold in the streets and alleys, and then transferred to the surrounding markets, and slowly opened the market with the help of the Disabled Persons' Federation and friends from all walks of life, and the township markets, school hospitals, homes for the elderly and some large enterprises have become fixed customers. Fan Jinquan, who has a skill, is full of hope and vision for the future, full of energy every day, the economic income is gradually increasing, and the quality of life is gradually improved.
Fan Jinquan told reporters that no contact with the soil, no use of any additives, no use of fertilizers and pesticides, the use of magnetized water, so that bean sprouts grow naturally, bean flavor is strong, the taste is good, such organic bean sprouts put on the market, soon favored by consumers.

After successfully starting a business, Fan Jinquan achieved self-reliance. In order to continuously improve production technology and production capacity, in 2018, Fan Jinquan went to Weifang to participate in reinforcement learning, and by chance, he met his current girlfriend - Liu Xiaohui, and the two learned of each other's experience in communication, felt sorry for each other, and fixed this marriage. In 2019, with the help of the Disabled Persons' Federation, Fan Jinquan registered and established the Quanhui Agricultural Cooperative, and recruited four disabled people to join the cooperative, providing them with a series of training and services such as production technology and sales experience free of charge, hoping that they can learn a skill and live a good life through diligent hands.
Fan Jinquan has changed from a poor household to a small boss now. According to reports, in recent years, the Zhucheng Disabled Persons' Federation has provided support for 232 disabled people to start their own businesses; provided vocational skills training for 669 disabled people; conducted a review of the employment of disabled workers in 265 domestic employment units, and arranged for 1271 disabled people to achieve employment.
