At 9:00 a.m., the safety inspection team of the refined coal company began to act, and a group of people walked into the centralized control room of the raw coal team, and after understanding the operation and tasks of the shift, they picked up the belt and began to patrol. They carefully inspected the cold and warmth of each post, checked whether the ground was frozen, whether the workers had left their posts and slept on the spot, and repeatedly advised the employees on duty to improve their safety awareness and must not be paralyzed because of the festival.
"The company's leaders attach great importance to safe production, especially for the safety inspection before and after the festival, just like a safety alarm bell, reminding us to keep safety in mind at all times, and we can't relax for a moment, don't dare to relax," said Peng Jiangang, the head of the original coal team.
Subsequently, the safety inspection team went deep into the main washing workshop, coal blending center, transportation and marketing station, coal quality section and other units, conducted a systematic inspection of the safety situation of each unit, put forward rectification opinions on some existing safety hazards, and issued rectification notices. Some employees incorrectly wear safety helmets, work clothes are not neat and irregular behavior has been corrected on the spot, and some posts are not in place for cold protection measures, and if there is ice phenomenon, it is required to be solved immediately after cleaning.
"After going down and walking, although no major safety hazards were found, I think the significance of the inspection is still very important, at least through the deterrent effect of the inspection, the warning of grass-roots cadres and employees has further improved their safety awareness before and after the festival, thus avoiding the possibility of safety accidents caused by paralysis," said Hao Jianquan, head of the safety inspection team.
