Beijing Association for Science and Technology Innovation Service Center has always paid attention to the integration and development of cutting-edge technology trends and industrial talent needs, this year will carry out the training program project for outstanding engineers for enterprises, select ten outstanding engineers with innovative potential through enterprise recommendation, and create a model of outstanding engineers from enterprises who come from enterprises and feed back to the innovative development of enterprises through joint training.
In addition, the Engineer Career Regeneration Program will be carried out, and a series of activities such as capacity improvement training, counseling, and exchanges will be carried out for the majority of front-line engineering and scientific and technological personnel. At present, fifteen standards for the general ability of engineers have been formulated, and the curriculum system is now being designed and developed in accordance with these fifteen general ability standards. This year, we will carry out training and exchange activities for the majority of engineering and scientific and technological personnel in the form of general knowledge ability training.
