Chen Sankan (1902-1944), also known as Chen Xiyin, was born in Xintai, Shandong Province, to a landlord family, and because he was born of a concubine, everyone was called Sankan. Good family conditions led to early Mongolian studies, and by the age of 17, he had seriously injured a person at school, and was expelled from school, and has been wandering in society ever since.
His father saw that he was not a tool, and he was afraid of taking a crooked road, so he made some money to buy him a position of "chief of the li", but later he was wanted by the National Government because of corruption and excessive public funds, so he took some of the usual mischievous scoundrels to the mountains and grasses, and because of his fierce heart, he quickly broke into fame in the Lotus Mountain area. Over time, the people were overwhelmed and reported them to the government, and the governor of Xintai County asked the "Red Gun Society", a militia group that had arisen in Shandong, to send troops to surround and suppress the "Chen bandits."
On September 13, 1927, the "Red Gun Society", under the leadership of the steward Lou Gao, dispatched more than 3,000 people to begin the encirclement and suppression of the Chen Sankan bandit gang. In the melee, Chen Sankan's native guns did not hit the vigilante group with only red tassel guns, and the fourth brother of one of his mother's compatriots was also stabbed to death by random guns. Soon after, Chen Sankan's brother-in-law Lu Mingyang found him, who was a lobbyist for the Japanese army, and after several threats and inducements, Chen Sankan immediately confessed to being a thief, openly surrendered to the Japanese, and sent a "letter of surrender" to the Japanese army with great fanfare, and at the same time accepted the flag of the Japanese army and the "letter of surrender", and officially signed the letter of surrender on August 7 at the Qianshangzhuang Grand Temple, and since then, Chen Sankan has completely transformed into a despised traitor.

In order to show his merits to his master, Chen Sankan could not wait to cooperate with the Japanese army to besiege the organs of Xintai County on the third day after surrendering to the Japanese army, which seriously dealt a blow to the anti-Japanese sentiment in Xintai County. Chen Honglie was not at ease with Chen Sankan's surrender again, so he reorganized Chen Sankan's troops, and after the reorganization was over, he ordered him to return to Xintai to encircle and suppress the Japanese army, and Chen Sankan reluctantly marched towards Xintai County. On the way, due to burning and looting, they encountered a heavy blow from our Shandong anti-Japanese guerrillas, and chen sankan's more than 7,000 people were left with less than 2,000 people, while the rest scattered and fled.
In July 1942, Chen Sankan led a rout of less than 2,000 men to wuhua's ministry of culture. Soon after, Wu Huawen received a secret telegram from Dai Ka and asked him to "surrender to Japan and suppress the Communists."Chen Sankan followed Wu Huawen and defected to the Japanese army again, which reorganized its troops into the "Peaceful Nation-Building Army" and was specifically responsible for suppressing our Shandong anti-Japanese guerrillas in Lunan.

In 1944, when the Japanese army was at the end of its rope, they staged their final madness. Beginning on August 15, the Chen Sankan bandit gang cooperated with the Japanese army to sweep up our anti-Japanese base area, and as a result, on September 1, gezhuang was surrounded by our army on the edge of the Yishui River, and after two days of fierce fighting, the Chen Sankan bandit gang was destroyed, and Chen Sankan himself was captured.
On the way back to the base area, Chen Sankan knew that he had a lot of blood debts on his hands and no longer had the possibility of surviving, so he quietly swallowed a piece of gold on the way, and before he could return to the base area, he cried out for his life. For many years of bandits and traitors in Xintai, Mengyin, Laiwu and other places, they finally got their due fate!
