On January 9, Huace Film and Television issued an announcement that the company decided to upgrade the existing organizational structure, through business integration, middle office construction, and functional upgrading, to further improve organizational efficiency and strengthen enterprise management capabilities.

The specific scheme is as follows:

Adjust the Hangzhou business group into the Hangzhou Drama Center, focus on the development of the TV drama business, and merge with the drama research and development center; integrate the cinema business department with the film production, investment and publicity business of Great Aim Pictures to form the film business department; set up a special meta-universe new business department to seize the new development opportunities in the digital era; integrate and upgrade the functional departments, and merge the brand marketing center, legal management center, risk control management center, etc. into the president's office, and undertake the administrative, brand promotion, public affairs and legal functions as a whole.
