A total of 1364 families in Taohualing Primary School in Xiling District, Yichang City, have joined the ranks of parent-child reading, and 34 teachers have given them professional guidance, including Tan Juan, a famous teacher in Jingchu Education in Hubei Province and an outstanding principal of Hubei Province, Hu Chunlei, a famous teacher in Hubei Province, and Chen Jing, a backbone teacher of young Chinese in Hubei Province. The school has a collection of more than 40,000 books, a rich variety of books, and a fixed reading place - EryaTang, with an area of more than 70 square meters.
The school has explored a three-level parent-child reading mode in which teachers, parents and children participate together: 1. First-level reading, class parent-child reading. Teachers are the main leaders of "parent-child activities", and parents participate with their children. 2. Level 2 reading, reading group parent-child reading. Each class is divided into 6 reading groups, each group is led by a parent with parent-child reading experience. The group is active every two weeks. 3. Level 3 Reading - Family Parent-Child Reading. Parents tutor their children at home every day to complete the tasks of "family reading" and "reading report". The virtuous circle system of parent-child reading in schools has initially taken shape.
Changliu Road Community Women's and Children's Home
Changliu Road Community Women's and Children's Home is located on the first floor of Changliu Road Community, with an area of more than 80 square meters and 1,300 books. The children's home has a standardized management and operation system, and since its establishment, it has been open to the society and provided convenient reading conditions for residents. More than 50 public welfare parent-child reading activities are carried out regularly, benefiting more than 2,000 people.
The Women's and Children's Home actively links to the Shanghai True Love Dream Foundation, introduces the "True Love Dream" public welfare course, implements the "Future DreamWorks" children's comprehensive literacy improvement plan, brings together 47 professional teachers and volunteers, further enriches and improves the form of parent-child reading, attracts a large number of parents and children to actively participate, and benefits a large number of people. Launched the "Love and Dreams" series of picture book reading activities, combined with painting, handicraft, sharing and other forms to allow parents and children to experience the joy of reading and feel the charm of reading.

Shang Shu Lane Community Spring Shoot Early Education Base
Shang Shu Lane Community Spring Shoot Early Education Park is a site of the All-China Women's Federation and UNICEF Early Childhood Development Community Family Support Service (ECD Project). It has an area of 60 square meters and a collection of more than 600 books. The early education park carries out more than 30 activities every year, combined with family parent-child reading, "World Book Day" national reading activities and other forms of parent-child activities, to stimulate parents' interest in reading "good reading" and "reading good books", and advocate the reading concept of "I read, I am happy, I grow" to children, so that reading becomes an indispensable part of family daily life.
