On January 13, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin presided over a regular press conference. Asked by a reporter, members of the China Committee of the executive branch of the US Congress sent a letter to the International Olympic Committee to express concern, saying that athletes participating in the Beijing Winter Olympics would wear clothes produced by "forced labor". What is China's comment on this?

Wang Wenbin said: We have seen the relevant statements of some members of the China Committee of the Executive Branch of the US Congress. What I want to tell you is that this so-called committee has always held a bias against China and concocted all kinds of untrue remarks related to China, with no political credibility to speak of. The century lie of the so-called "forced labor" in Xinjiang has gone bankrupt, and except for a few anti-China forces with ulterior motives, all those who respect the facts and uphold conscience will not believe these despicable speculations.
